Such a great hostel. All new, clean & in a slightly quirky location ! A great place to base yourself to explore the 'sunny south east' .... Probably best with a car, but the local link bus service runs between Waterford & Dungarvan, ask to get off at the stop nearest the Copper Coast Visitor Centre, and then walk up the hill. About 3 km from the Greenway, if you are cycling. Will need to bring food supplies - there are no shops near the hostel ... or even in the local village ! They are thinking about putting some frozen meals, lasagne etc in a freezer & making 'breakfast packs' available, so do ask if you are cycling the Greenway, and carrying food is not really practical. Self catering kitchen, stove top & microwave only atm, but an oven probably going in soon. Great place to stay if you are travelling with a family or friends. Lots of places to chill out / relax.…
