Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The bedroom and shared spaces with enough kitchen equipment are all clean. WiFi is not really fast nor well connected maybe because of the location of my room but works at least. The building is a little out of the city center and supermarkets but you can walk to anywhere around 5 minutes. The owner doesn't speak English well but finely kind and friendly and her daughter may help your communication on the phone if you need. Note: there's no reception in the building. You should use phone to contact the owner and then her responses themselves are quick. I found the owner gave me wrong room key after she left, so I called her and she brought the key in around 10 minutes. I think the hostel is very good to stay for its price.

Location is good and the price was reasonable. Room was clean but you could hear everything from other rooms. Also the bathing and toilets are in the corridor for everyone. Otherwise good and quick service.

Its a very basic accommodation, but clean and cheap, so its OK for one night stay. And the location is perfect, you are right in the city center. Toilet facilities are are located along the common corridors and there's a common kitchen (quite well equipped, no breakfast offered). Bring earplugs, as the walls are paper thin - you can hear everything from the other rooms.

A little bit creepy, i am not sure what this house used to be in the past, but it has a strange aura, but otherwise it is a nice place to have a party, there is sauna, nice kitchen and everything to have a perfect ,fun night with very affordable price.

I ended up here after my train got cancelled. Clean rooms a good kitchen for cooking in and it's close to the train station. It's a good place if you find yourself stuck in the Estonian Latvian border for the night. One thing to note is there is no reception so you need to phone the number on the door. Other than that does the job and is cheap

Very nice place in the middle of nowhere. If you are in southern Estonia this is very nice place. I was alone and kitchen facilities were good. i am also sports fan and wimbledon tennis and football was on television. There is one thing, THE SAUNA check it out. Maria herself was very helpful did not speak much finish some english, but her chearfull saved it all. I will stay there when ever i`m in Valga. P.S. price was nice.
