Stayed recently for business purpose. The room was well below standard for the room rate charged. Curtains were ripped and hanging off the rail and despite numerous attempts, the shower did not work at all. The radiator right next to the bed hissed and had to be turned off to enable any kind of sleep. Thankfully this only had to...

Stayed for a business meeting. On arrival the grounds look fantastic and the hotel is an easy reach from the M6. The front of the hotel is something from 'To The Manor Born' but the ugly accommodation hiding behind the facade is more 'Crossroads'! The under 40s will have to google this. And it was a trek through the meeting...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review and I am old enough to remember crossroads so have to “politely disagree” with the comparison. However, my sincere apologies, having not meeting your expectations. Best Regards General Manager

Have just returned from a Saturday night break for my wife's birthday - and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The hotel was very busy which is always a good sign and the moment you walk through the door the concierge (a real gent) makes every one feel at home straight - a lovely addition to this hotel. My wife and I wanted a nice weekend away and chose cranage hall and weren't disappointed. The reception was very busy when we arrived but the two ladies behind the desk were calm and very professional- any contact we had with reception was dealt with by Lisa - what a lovely person! Nothing was too much trouble and she went...

Just returned from Cranage Hall Hotel where this weekend we helped arrange a conference for Lions Clubs International. After months of planning with Michelle G who was really superb in every respect, so very helpful, friendly and totally efficient, the weekend finally arrived. The business session was attended by some 300 people and 60+ bedrooms were taken for the weekend....

I stayed at Cranage Hall for a two day conference and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotels I have stayed at, the building itself is a charming olde-world establishment set in the Cheshire countryside but the amenities are as modern as any. The food and service were second to none, the staff very helpful and...

We stayed at Cranage Hall for two nights in August 2015. Our room was nice & clean, however the bed was not very comfortable and probably could do with being replaced. The shower over the bath was nice and hot however the screen allowed water to seep out all over the floor, this had obviously been happening for a long...
