Dear Guest, Thank you for the review and of course most disappointing to receive after such a fantastic night enjoyed by 99% of our guests. All guests were give a full written itinerary, timings with their confirmation letter. Your drinks reception was from 700 pm not 645 pm, hence we had not run out. We provided from 7.00 pm an amazing reception with pink champagne, canapes and an oyster bar which all guests enjoyed. When booking we are very clear about all small parties will share large tables however on arrival the reluctance to share the table by guests meant we had to split your table hence the larger table for just 4 guests. I am sorry you did not enjoy the duck breast main course, compared to the beef last year. We have to change each year to ensure variety to many of our regulars. I am sorry the service from the lounge team was a little slow and you did not enjoy your breakfast. I have shared your feedback with the team who have asked to be associated with my apologies. Finally If you wish to contact me direct I am sure I can give you the assurances that next year Next Year you will receive our normal high level of quality and service. My sincere apologies. Kind Regards Richard Morrell General Manager

I’ve been to this venue on a few occasions, celebrating Christmas and New Year, but 31st January 2018 wasn’t their best effort! It takes a team to work together to provide meals delivered HOT to the table. The tart for starter was cooked and left to go cold, the Duck main course

Dear Guest Thank you for the detailed feedback and so sorry you did not enjoy your meal. Although the tart was supposed to be served cold I am sorry the duck and the dessert was not to your liking. I am though of course delighted you enjoyed the entertainment I have no excuse to offer regarding the coat and our Front office Manager Yasmin is already carrying out retraining with the team. My sincere apologies. Best Regards Richard Morrell General Manager

Be under no illusions, this is a conference/event centre that has rooms and not a hotel in the true sense. We were attending a Christmas party here but due to the distance travelled decided to book 2 extra nights to make it a mini break. Big mistake. The rooms are basic,

Dear TWTraveller007, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you encountered some issues during your stay which as a team we will be investigating immediately. We do have systems in place to reduce the noise from other guests such as 24hr security walk rounds, I am sorry however that you were disturbed and if made aware we would have rectified the problem without hesitation. I would like to thank you for highlighting the members of the team that looked after you and how they were 'kind, polite, friendly and well trained' We will be making improvements and look forward to welcoming you back in the future Best Wishes Richard Morrell General Manager

Hi , the room we stayed in the window did open but not sure how far , we stayed in a delux room which was quite spacious though and they have a lovely outside sitting area if you need to go outside for some air .
