Nice apartment with a beautiful view, but there isnt any air conditioning, so you have a hot apartment with balcony doors wide open. Breakfast starts at 8am, its too late and it causes traffic. Same goes for Spa times, opens at 10am and its jammed immediately and its too crowded. I wish they would think about the timetables all over , breakfast starting from 7am and Spa from 8am. There are mostly families with kids during summertime and it would be wise to re-think the times. There are no lunch service in the hotel, only some waffles during lunchtime. Bistro opens at 2pm, lunchtime is already over for kids by then. So basically the hotel is forcing you to take your money elsewhere to buy lunch. Staff is awesome, very friendly, but the management should really think about these things.

We picked this hotel as it offers free entrance to the spa within the room charge. However, we noticed it offers much more. Greate location, view to the baltic sea (you'll need to book a room with sea view), clean and good style rooms, friendly personnel and large breakfast. We can fully recommend this place.

Outrageously the hotel takes all the profits without giving real advantages to the customer, compared to the hotel room price. Most common rooms, stripped off of any luxury. There aren't even coffee/tea making facilities. We stayed two nights without cleaning, nor turn down service. In fact there was only one person in the reception taking care of the coffee shop as well. Breakfast was most basic, there was nothing extra. No local products, nor organic. Cheapest quality without aesthetics. Visiting the spa was included, but it wasn't anything special either. There were no cafe services available. I feel most ashamed to be Finnish by seeing this kind of greed in my own country.

We spent some holiday at Santas hotel. Even though I was having a flue we had a very pleasant time there. The holiday was on Christmas ambiance. The hotel room was nice, clean and comfortable. This hotel has plenty of activities during the wintertime such as •a bowling room •escape room •massage •and Barbour services •indoor playground for little children •basic sports room and best of all the big swimming hall for everyone. We were enjoying the nice service and tasty breakfast.

Just beautiful location on top of sand dunes, great view to sea. Just one best places to see might night sun. Good beds ( twin) nice balcony in seaside. AC I don't know if there is any, at least there isn't individual control unit in room, but room temperature was ok. Bathroom small and shower too small. There was studios and apartments with much better facilitates. Friendly staff and lobby bar, very good Scandinavian breakfast in separate spa building ( indoors corridor). Limited parking space, just front of building, more space nearby. Shopping and restaurants in walking distance, city center ( extremely small) about 6-7 miles.
