This hotel is the outside as a kind of medieval fortress, and inside the majestic. it just have to see for yourself what the owners have the courage and fantasies to implement given birth in the middle of the countryside in Finland. amazing place to feel oneself like the Sultan of Turkey !!!...of course, if you had the harem comes with it ;):)
I visit this hotel first time. This hotel is at big shopping mall of Veljekset Keskinen who owns also this hotel. Hotel reception is on hall of food shop which doesn't feel so nice. Rooms are american (old) style. Room which I stay was ok but I know some of rooms are overdecorated on my opinion. Rooms are big ones and prices are little under mid-priced. Of course it was nice to get chocolate bar instead of little candy (if compared other hotels). In this village there is not much to do but about one hour dribving and there is Zoo where should come first Pandas in Finland. Also about 1-1,5 hours driving and there is Power park amusement park. Inside entrasse is only to food shop but other parts of shopping mall is reached only from outside. It's ok hotel for one night sleep…
Three adults stayed in so called pet room, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Big bed and nice comfortable sofa bed for one. Rooms are really clean and nicely furnished. Pets are allowed in certain rooms.
This hotel is unbeliveable! Above a shop (actually a shopping mall, but all the same shop) is very luxury hotel. Decoration with crystal lamps, balcony, beautiful furnitures and mats etc. Very spacious room with average price, and all premium class little things in basic room (ironing set, coffee etc.) the biggest suite is spacious like an apartment. Bed is very good, big, and bed linen very good quality. And all this in countryside, little Village. Surprising! Breakfast is okay, thus it is server in Café at food shop. But the shop itsellf is something extraordninary; building is like a castle outside...
The staff greeted us warmly welcome on arrival. Our standard room had plenty of space even in the bathroom. Good beds - had no trouble sleeping whatsoever. Breakfast buffet as usual - could've been more choices for a person who can't eat wheat etc. but can't say by any means that I was left hungry, as there were fruits, some veggies, eggs... Will definitely visit again, if in need of accommodation "half way" to Helsinki.
