Stayed here for the one night (unfortunately). Great hospitality; all staff (reception, bar, housekeeping) very friendly and helpful; room spacious, well laid out, with very comfortable beds and great shower, everything sqeaky clean. Location very good, close to city of Groningen. Hope to come back one day for a longer stay

“All members of staff (reception, restaurant, housekeeping) were real hosts, making us feel welcome. Nice restaurant, serving a nice dinner. Spacious comfortable rooms. Good location, close to the Paterswolde lake. We really appreciated the reading corner with extensive documentation about hikes, bike rides and other attractions in the area. Nice touch! For those wanting to visit Groningen, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Good value for money

Stayed her for one night. Location is really good: close to Paterswoldsemeer, Groningen and nature. Rooms are not that big, a bit outdated, but clean. Breakfast (pay extra) was ok, nothing fancy. Paerking and wifi is free.

I stayed here on business for two nights. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the bed amazing! We arrived late at night, 11.30pm and were a bit disapointed that the kitchen closed at 9.30pm so we couldn't get any food. We'd had a long journey and were both hungry. However the staff were as helpful as they could be. We were offered crackers and cheese etc, enough to keep us going until breakfast. The bar staff were fabulous, lovely friendly and really knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. One gentleman in particular was superb but I can't remember his name! (Robert???) The breakfast was great, lots of choice. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
