Ideal place in the country to break away and relax. Through the window you will only see the mountain and the lovely cows. Go for a stroll along the river with the futuristic rock formations. Do not forget the breakfast, it is amazing.

We needed a stop over near santander and this Hotel fitted the bill perfectly, The staff were very friendly but no English was spoken , but we managed . The room was clean and bathroom spotless The meal we had in the evening was fantastic value, breakfast was also great.. Car parking was right outside the Hotel and seemed very safe (also free of charge ) We will return here next time we use the Santander ferry

We started our 3 week trip to Spain by staying 4 nights here... its a lovely place not far from the center yet with a rural feel. We had a corner room where the pastoral views from our window were just beautiful. The room was comfortable and there was a bathtub in the bathroom as well. The lobby and common rooms downstairs are very nicely decorated and the staff was helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is that breakfast consisted almost entirely of sweet cakes, cookies, etc., there was bread, meat and cheese but our last morning there wasn't any cheese. Cereal, granola and yogurt would make a welcome addition. I would still highly reccommend this place and would gladly stay there again.

I went there with my girlfriend for a short weeend break and this place is just absolute phenomenal. To star with, the location is stunning, it is perfect for country walks and its walking distance to one of the most scenic place in Europe. The room is spacious and well decorated. We just love it, definititely, will come back again.
