Personally would like a little more choice such as a granola or porridge on the menu too. Friendly host. A good base to explore nearby Beer and Lyme Regis as not much to do in Seaton and...

We really enjoyed our stay in this b&b, it is modern, clean and not expensive. We saw some of the other rooms and they were big but ours was bigger, so we were lucky :) It was spacious and the bed was huge. Also as said previously, having the breakfast delivered to our room at the time of our choosing...

We have stayed here lots of times over 2016, and it is always warm and comfy. Angela is a bubbly friendly person, always willing to make your stay great. The b&ab is really close to the beach, and Axe Yacht club

Stayed for 1 night (18/11/16) in room 2. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable (bed superb) and en-suite large and spotless. Everything was smooth running and a good breakfast menu. You fill in what you require and leave out on a peg downstairs. Breakfast is 8:00 to 9:30, we went for 8:30 and it arrived in the room...

Our first visit to Seaton and stayed in this B and B for four nights. We stayed in Room 2 which was situated on the corner of the house facing a busy road through Seaton. However could be quite noisy at times. Was fairly comfortable and nice breakfast choices on offer. Landlady Angela was very friendly and full of information...

This accommodation is amazing. We were met with friendliness. The room was bright, clean and spacious and had a very comfy bed. Breakfast was served in the room at a time of our choice and was fantastic. Beach, restaurants and shops are very close by. We would definitely recommend this B and B and will be staying with them again.
