Stayed at the Alexandra Hotel for one night after a wedding. This is a lovely hotel, very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and beautifully cooked. The icing on the cake is the gorgeous garden. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel.

This great hotel is under new ownership and has recently been refurbished to make it light and airy while maintaining a traditional feel. The bedrooms are lovely, breakfast great and there's a nice lounge/bar for a drink. The new owners are very friendly and helpful.
