Stayed here one night for a wedding at a nearby venue. As two single friends we chose separate rooms with exclusive use of shared bathroom. Robes in room were a nice touch because of shared facilities. Rooms were large but rather hot at night. Luckily windows could be opened. Beds comfy. Fridge and microwave in room. Fresh milk a nice touch. Bathroom very well appointed and spotless but shower was quite slippery. Would benefit from optional non slip mat especially for more elderly guests. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast. Very friendly and obliging host. Parking on drive. Unbelievable value.

I stayed here after attending a wedding at the not so far away Heaton House Farm. It was great value for money at half the price of the Premier Inn and was lovely and clean. I didn’t stay for breakfast due to a bit too much alcohol but the lady who ran the place was lovely and offered me bacon butties to go. It’s about 15 mins and £20 in a taxi to Heaton House so not too bad at all. Would definitely look at staying again if ever in the area.

In the area for a wedding and chose this B&B. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, rooms very clean and breakfast was made to each persons liking in the morning. The decor was outdated but I wasn’t there to admire this and all facilities in the room worked perfect. I would definitely recommend.

I stayed at HP Bed & Breakfast for a couple of nights while working away. The guest house is lovely and very homely. It is situated on a quiet cul de sac. The twin room I stayed in was spotless. The large communal bathroom was lovely and clean. The couple who run the B&B are wonderful hosts and immediately make you feel at home. I'll definitely be staying again when working in the area. Thankyou
