We found the accommodation to be clean and adequate and the owner was very helpful with travel information. The bus stops for Edinburgh are almost outside the gate, are frequent and inexpensive.

This was a great place to start our 2 week holiday. Our hosts offered fantastic advise on what to do off the beaten path, as well astouristy places. Breakfast was unique, something you would expect from a 5 star hotel. I highly recommend this B&B.More

Crikey. It seems we got something right....but we have just a good B&B and - we hope a great hebridean breakfast and focus on cleaning. 5 stars we are not.

Arriving at Rathan House (18/07) and receiving such a warm and genuine welcome from Ewan worked wonders! All the stress experienced earlier in the day just disappeared as we were hanging out in the beautiful garden, enjoying the good weather, playing with the doggies. Lovely...More
