Penny, the owner, was very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. She had a lovely house, the furniture and furnishings were very well co-ordinated. It was all kept immaculately clean and tidy. The bathroom was spotless at all times. There was a comfortable guest lounge with a large colour TV. Penny always invited us for a cup of tea or...

From the moment we arrived, the owner couldn't have done more for us! Very friendly, very clean and tidy B & B which we are happy to recommend. Our daughter was cycling round Wales fundraising for Raleigh International and so we were grateful for a very comfortable and restful night. Great breakfast - all we could possibly have asked for...

Excellent B & B. Clean, friendly, welcoming, owner cannot do enough for you. Comfortable bed. Superb breakfasts, from cereals to full English, seemingly unlimited tea and coffee. Comfortable lounge, nice garden. Quiet location, but easily accessible from A48, not far from Botanic Gardens and loads of other attractions. Great choice of local pubs and restaurants (Vanals particularly good). Highly recommended.

Penny, the proprietor, is always ready with a hot cup of tea and a smile. The location is great, close to Swansea and the Gower Peninsula as well as the Brecon Beacons...

Excellent and very generous breakfast. Proximity to end of M4 made this a good choice for visiting rest of South Wales. I arrived after long journey...

My partner and I found this amazing gem on-line after hearing about it through word of mouth. We arrived later than planned, just before midnight,( as our hire-care broke down on the motorway, and we waited for a couple of hours for the Auto Club to come and get the car going again). We called Penny (the owner) to let...
