The kitchen was perfect for all our catering needs, the 2 reception rooms were cosy with enough seating for all, my only criticism is the size of the TV in the smaller reception room, only because it has...

With great hosts Marlene & Dave this tucked-away farm makes a lovely B&B stay for a couple of days, near enough for sight-seeing the pretty coast around Devon/Cornwall - Bude town & beach only 10 miles, swim in the sea pool! Our room with ensuite was self-contained with it's own front door, a double bed plus a decent single bed...
