There wasn't one in our apartment/bathroom but can't say whether this was the case for all apartments. One point you need to be aware of if going on a self catering basis is that the "fully equipped kitchen available for guests to use" left a lot to be desired when we visited in May 2017 - there was no cutlery or crockery of any description in the kitchen.
