ill start by saying that the views are amazing, but that's it. The staff are rude particularly the catering manager who actually told me he wouldn't help because im English. The entertainment staff who hold the entertainment at the bottom pool with the stage and lights and dancers told me and my family to leave because it was only for... More

Nice hotel!! It was a bit run down in places and bathroom was bordering on dirty but enjoyed it all the same. Nice staff and facilities, good but basic food. For what we paid really can't complain too much. Would go again

Booked this hotel with a friend and were told hotel would have free wifi - however we had to pay approx £25 each for wifi in our room, as the only free wifi was in the lobby. On our arrival staff were rude and led us down several flights of stairs (outside I might add...) - this was where we... More

Very nice hotel,Staff excellent, food very nice and lots of choices. The only problem is,if you have mobility problems then this Hotel is probably not for you unless you have a room in the main building.I suffer from Asthma and they changed our room free of charge, they even moved my cases from our old room to our new one.Excellent service, beautiful setting.

Four of us arrived on 6th October departing on 13th Oct. We were upgraded from bungalows to a room in the main hotel, wonderful views! basic room. Towels changed every day, beds made, but floors not washed all the time we were there. Spa - it is advertised as a Spa hotel, however it comes at an extra cost. Four... More

This hotel needs to be down graded to 1☆. The rooms were dirty smelled musty. Pork was the meat choice 6/7 nights. Reception staff were rude and unhelpful. The best thing was the view. Beware there are lots of uneven steps -457 in total as per tracker.

Just back from our stay at this hotel for a week 30/09/16-07/10/16. Myself and my boyfriend (young couple in their 20's) booked a few months in advance and were unaware that we had booked a bungalow (as when we booked it did not state this). The bungalows are situated outside of the main hotel down the bottom of the 8th... More

The only good thing about this hotel is the views, absolutly stunning. The reception staff were rude, the rooms are dated and dirty, the food was repetative, entertainment staff spoke french, only once were we greeted in greek! Theres no first aid point, actually health and safety doesnt exist at this hotel! The hotel is built on far too many... More

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff it as the hotel is set in cliff tops be prepared for lots of steps and steep walk ways! You could always find something to eat in the main restaurant (and I'm fussy). Italian restaurant was excellent. The only downside is that it's quite a walk to get a drink and no ice lollies available.
