On a miserable damp evening, I am buoyed up by the thought of my next visit to the Lara in May. I have been going there for nearly 20 years now. It is a lovely typical Greek family run hotel. Ericos and his staff are delightful and always make me feel at home. The number of people I have met...

Have spent many years visiting the Lara, always made to feel welcome by Errikos and the staff, a perfect place to unwind ! rooms are cleaned daily with fresh sheets etc. A very relaxed feel to the entire hotel, nice large patio area enclosed with very colourful flowers with a small pool and a bar for snacks and cold beers!!...

Its pretty basic here, but we were more than happy with that. The location, staff and pool area more than made up for it. The breakfast was just right and we ate here a couple of times for lunch if we were having a lazy pool day - their Greek Salad was one of the best! We didn't mind the...

The Lara is an extremely pleasant, owner managed, hotel with friendly helpful staff. Rooms are simple but comfortable, with all mod cons, though our shower was poor and wi fi connection unreliable. Breakfast is simple but adequate. The pool is very good and the patio and lounge are spacious and attractive. If you want a sea view, insist on 1st...

Just returned from a week at this hotel and was really pleased we'd chose it. We'd done some research and found it was highly rated plus it had a good location for access to the beach. Approx 3 min walk down hill but bit more coming back (but quicker if you were happy to pay €1.20 and get the local...

Second time visiting hotel Lara came back for more as its just what the doctor ordered. Clean, friendly and attentive staff. Last year had a triple over looking the sea and this year a double with twin beds and kitchenette (2 hobs, sink, pots/pans). The pool is divine always clean, lilos to share, bar by side, lots of loungers. Terrace...

We spent two weeks here and found the hotel to be mostly what we wanted. On arrival we were shown to a room that had twin beds despite booking a double room, and emailing to confirm this, however we were quickly offered another room that did have the layout we wanted - however this was a smaller room and came...
