Beautiful place to stay! Definitely call to make a reservation because they only have about 6 rooms. Everything was clean and in order. They have a barbecue and fireplace area at the back part. Rustic, but worth going if you are in Real.

We stayed very happy with our hotel choice. Rustic style rooms were very cozy, spacy and with all the basic equipment for a comfortable night. I think it is a nice touch that there are no TVs in the rooms so that one could enjoy even more each others company in a ghost town. We appreciated also a lot the...

We spend two nights in this hotel. We stayed on the Jupiter room, which has a lot of space and a lovely old stove as decor. The staff was great with us, they totally gave us our space but were helpful when needed. The little terrace has a nice view of Real de Catorce. The only but that I gave...

In general Real de Catorce is an excellent destination but if the hotel is good, youl'll have a hard time leaving the city. El Angel y El Corazón is cozy, the personnel is very kind and helpful. I stayed at the room that has it's windows to the street. The furniture is basic and rustic, but perfectly in sync with...

This is more about the little ex-mining town of Real de Cartoce, in the State of San Luis Potosi, México... then about the hotel itself, even if the hotel is nice, quiet, people are friendly, and well located in this, once a ghost town, that has been revitalized by Mexicans, Americans and Europeans that just made this little place in...

It is an small hotel in the upper part of the town, however the place is neat and the staff keeps it clean and they are always willing to provide a good service. They have different room options, even they have a small apartment with kitchen ideal for a family trip, they do not have ramps for people with disabilities,...

We loved every bit of Real de Catorce but the highlight was where we stayed. We spent the first few hours in the town wandering in and out of hotels, looking for something that met our budget and that was welcoming. This is NOT expensive, regardless of the 4-$ in the review. We found one hotel cheaper (hostel pricing), one hotel...

I stayed in the Jupiter room with three others and it was wonderful. Beautifully decorated with antiques. The hotel itself is quaint and relaxing. Loved it!!

This hotel is only about 5-7 years old but made to look 200 years old. It is very quaint with just 5 rooms all of varying sizes and prices. I stayed in the room entitled Neptune. Julia Roberts stayed in the room entitled Neptune when she was making "the Mexican" with Brad Pitt. Neptune has a fireplace. I bought some...

Real de Catorce is a small town tucked away in the mountains of central Mexico. To get there you need to take a small bus through the old silver mine tunnel. There are no taxis, few cars, but many horses. The hotel was small, very clean and private. Our room was completely separated from all the others, very quiet and...
