จองห้องสำหรับนอน 3 คนไว้ เข้าเช็คอินตอน 14.10 ปัญหาที่เจอคือ 1. ถึงแม้จะเช็คอิน 10 นาทีหลังเวลาที่ รร.กำหนดไว้ แต่ยังไม่ได้มีการทำความสะอาดห้อง ต้องเดินวนทั่ว รร เพื่อหาห้องที่ทำเสร็จแล้ว 2. พอได้ห้อง ก็ต้องยืนรออีกพักใหญ่ เพราะยังไม่ได้จัดที่นอนสำหรับคนที่ 3 ไว้ 3. จองเตียงเสริมโดยจ่ายเงินไป 200 สิ่งที่ได้มาคือฟูกที่นอนบางๆ กับผ้าห่ม 1 ผืน ให้นอนพื้นโดยไม่มีเตียงให้ คือเข้าใจว่าเป็นนโยบายของ รร.ที่ไม่มีเตียงให้ แต่ถ้าจะให้นอนพื้นก็ควรแจ้งให้ชัดเจนตั้งแต่ตอนจอง เพราะตอนจองเราพูดชัดเจนว่า "ขอเสริมเตียง" พนง.แจ้งราคาบอกรวมค่าที่นอนเสริม อาจผิดเองที่ไม่ได้สังเกตว่าเค้าใช้คำว่าที่นอนเสริมไม่ใช่เตียงเสริม แต่เค้าก็ควรถามให้ชัดเจนมั้ยว่าลูกค้ารับได้รึเปล่าที่ต้องนอนพื้น 4. ที่แย่กว่านั้นคือบอกให้เลือกที่ปูนอนเองได้เลย ย้ำว่าให้ปูเองนะคะ แต่คือห้องเล็กมาก ถ้าจะปูก็คือต้องขยับเตียงไม้ซึ่งหนักมาก แล้วคือจะให้ขยับกันเอง พอขอให้ช่วยขยับเตียงให้ แม่บ้านที่เข้ามาขยับเตียงและถูพื้นให้ทำหน้าบึ้งมาก 5. พอแม่บ้านไปแล้วเพิ่งสังเกตเห็นว่าไม่มีหมอนให้สำหรับที่นอนเสริม เลยเดินไปขอแม่บ้านคนที่อ้วนๆ ทำหน้าเหวี่ยงใส่ไม่ตอบอะไร แล้วเดินไปบอกแม่บ้านอีกคนซึ่งบอกว่าไม่มีหมอนให้ ให้แบ่งหมอนจากเตียงใหญ่ไปใช้เอง 6. อ่างอาบน้ำในห้องน้ำตัน ยืนอาบน้ำเสร็จน้ำท่วมฟองสบู่ลอยเต็ม จะก้าวออกจากอ่างขากับเท้าก็เลอะฟองสบู่ ถ้าบอกแม่บ้านอีกก็คงโดนเหวี่ยงใส่แน่ๆ เลยต้องแก้ปัญหากันเอาเอง 7. พนง. ถอดหน้ากากตอนเอาอาหารเช้ามาเติม แถมยืนพูดเสียงดังๆ ตอนเติมอาหารด้วย สรุปคือจ่ายเงินค่าที่พักในราคา 1,200 แต่ได้ความรู้สึกเหมือนไปขอนอนฟรี Terrible hotel. We had paid for an extra bed, but we got a thin mattress to put on the floor instead. We were also told to move the beds in the room to get more space for the mattress by ourselves. When asking them to do it for us, the maids were so annoyed. We had to put up with clogged bathtub drain too. The worst is that the staff didn't wear a mask when serving food. He even shouted over the food. Don't stay here unless you don't mind poor services or hygiene.…

The receptionist did not explain us anything, even our questions. The wifi signal in the room was low and so slow that finally we could not use it. The swimming pool was very clean but there were not many places to hang the wet towels and the swimming suit inside the room. The access to the bathtube was difficult because it is higher than the floor, specially when one is wet after having shower. Finally, there were not avaiable plugs in the room. There was one for the bedside lamp and one for the tv, that's all. There was a good variety for breakfast (rice soup, eggs, sausages, salad, toasts, tea, coffee, chocolate...).

Not completely modern and Western in design but a nice enough hotel. The rooms were large and clean, with a pool and play area for kids. I suppose the down-side was bathroom design, with layout and fixturing not as modern as it might be. The included breakfast was a bit basic but nice enough.

Expensive and alot of mold in the bathroom.. And it took like 40 min to fill a bathtub so bathing was a challenge :) 1000bath/night. Otherwise the room was ok the staff was really friendly both in the reception and at the breakfast :) Not far at all from big C or the town :) but maybe not a walk you want to do after dark..
