High quality traditional quality Italian food. V clean room. Stunning views and location. Helpful polite staff. Poor wifi only available in comfy lounge. Overall. V good for a 3***. Location overlooking lake, and 360 stunning Dolomite mountains.

Unfriendly staff, bathrooms old and run down. Shower pathetic. Difficult to dry boots and clothes (in a hiking/ ski resort!) Breakfast ordinary. Wellness and spa only open at 5pm. No help on walking routes or weather. Avoid.

Just passing through on our bicycle trip, this was a very nice place to stay the night, unfortunately we had to continue the next day. very nice hotel, looks a little old from the outside but very beautiful on the inside. Make sure you don't get lost because it is very big. Speaking and understanding a few words Italian will...

We visited this picturesque area (Dolomites) by motorcycle (absolutely breathtaking) and spent one night in this family-run hotel right in front of the gorgeous lake shadowed by one of the hills in the Alps. It is a typical mountain hotel. Our room was clean but a bit cold (the heat was not working since the hotel had just opened for...

We intended to spend a week backcountry skiing in the Dolomites early February but soon realized that a week is barely enough to visit one small region of this beautiful, complicated mountain region. We selected Hotel Lavaredo initially for one night because of it's proximity to the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, but soon extended our stay thanks to the low...

Friendly staff, excellent location -right in front of the lake. Clean confortable rooms, good restaurant service -menu is 'by the day' though, so if you end up being there on weekends like I do you may end up having the same food every time. By the way they've got good beer... Recommended.

We stayed for three nights in September. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The room had been recently renovated. Balcony view was amazing! We took half-board - food was plentiful and tasty. Spa and sauna facility was an added bonus after a day of hard walking around the Tre Cime. Remarkable value - would recommend to others.

“Do not pick rooms on the back side of the hotel, as you would be face to face with the elevation of the mountains - there is no view on the back. Request a room with a view to the lake.”
