Bad management, poor service, bad food, tired dark building. King size bed, was two mattresses pushed together and were different heights, made for an uncomfortable sleep. Not recommended at all. Don't go here!

Rather than face the heavy traffic in Auckland we booked a 5 day stay at this hotel and we were quite pleased with the overall experience. Rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, bedding and towels equally so. Tea and coffee facilities were changed daily. In the room were a fan, radiator, iron and ironing board all of which made our...

Think it gets missed as its counter business is TAB blah blah and bottle shop, whilst adjoining it closer to town, is a nice little bar and restaurant options Needs...

We stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. Inside the room There was a great big bed and the bathroom was nice. However in the middle of the night we woke to an intruder in our room and we are still unsure how they got in which...

As we drove down the driveway first impressions would make you turn around and leave but we just needed somewhere for the night and so parked the car. Had called ahead and had a really friendly and helpful conversation with the manager who then personally greeted us with a warm welcome and advice about where to eat etc. The rooms...

A spacious & clean (except carpet) room but has nothing modern except tv, bedside lamps and bathroom tap. Bring your earplugs with you! If you want to turn back time and spend a night in a museum, this is your place. Otherwise find somewhere else to sleep

Good shower etc. Was disappointed as its coffee and tea making facilities only but was told there was a good restaurant and room service if required this was a working trip. Booked three weeks ahead making sure we had ground floor rooms, was told when we arrived at 5.30pm the restaurant was closed as...

We stayed three nights in one of the executive rooms. Ground floor in front of complex, but very quiet with little road noise. The room was spacious and comfortable, nice bathroom etc, But hot as the devil with no air conditioning. Was reluctant to leave window open in case of mosquitoes so spent a very hot and uncomfortable few nights....

Booked this on-line as I headed north just an hour before I got there. I had not planned staying in Pukekohe, but circumstances change and the place I'd stayed before was booked out. When I'm on the road, I like a hotel/motel to offer me comfort and quiet so I can relax and work without interruption, make phone calls etc....
