Stayed here on Saturday night for a party and had a fantastic experience, staff could not have been more helpful, food fantastic and great value and the rooms were spotless, great atmosphere and really lovely place to stay, you can tell its been restored to its former glory with a lot of hard work and dedication to providing the best...

Stayed in Reddens on Saturday night....had a great time....good food...comfortable room....& lovely friendly staff! Great atmosphere in the bar & a great band playing there! Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

So a one prestigious hotel closed down after fallen very far from the great heights it deserved to be at. Now partially reopened as 'Reddens of Bettystown', with only 8 of the 38 rooms available on a B+B basis. You'll have to phone to book as nothing is mentioned on the website.
