My darling friend Bev and I had lunch at the White House, a place we last visited with our children over 25 years earlier. Like a great wine this place has got better with age. It was peaceful as we visited just before the lunch rush, the service and the food we both excellent. The decor is typically in keeping...

The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well stocked, if you are coming as a family then the flats can only be really to be used as a base as nowhere to really sit around in the apartments. The food and service in the Hotel was excellent .

A lovely restaurant in an idyllic setting, good food, nice wine, good service and an interesting history. if you are interested in the Durrell family then this is a must visit place to go. Lawrence Durrell lived and wrote here and was often visited by Henry Miller.

We have been to The White House on many occasions and the food had been fabulous. unfortunately this time when on holiday in Kalami we were very disappointed in the standard of food! Whitebait- where did the lovely fried onions go? Replaced by pickled onions!!! Pork Medallions - extremely tough covered or should I say hidden with an abundance of...

A fantastic setting and historic place related to the Durrell family. We only stopped for drinks and snacks but it is a great restaurant and the food looked good. The interior is maintained in classic style, it would be a great place to stay. There is plenty of outside seating and a pool, all with views across the sea. Service...

Our second trip to The White House. The setting is fabulous and the views fantastic. The food is beautifully presented and the portions not overly large, which we prefer. This was all washed down with superb house wine. The bill was to be fair, very reasonable. The staff all friendly and happy! We will return.

On our recent holiday in this most beautiful part of Corfu, we visited this wonderful restaurant twice. We were fortunate enough to sit at an excellent table on both occasions looking out over the water with the backdrop of mountains. It was absolutely stunning. The food was beautiful and surprisingly well priced. We particularly enjoyed the delicious home made tzaki...

This restaurant has a great location and the staff are very pleasant. The food ranges between good and excellent. The octopus comes either grilled or slow cooked in red wine with mashed fava. We had the latter which was amazing. The grilled squid was a bit tough and the sea bass slightly over cooked. Overall a nice experience.

What a beautiful place, we had a long lunch looking at the bay and the boats. Brilliantly run by a very beautiful lady and great staff, they were happy with food request and so cheerful (at the end of a long summer season) Former home to the famous author Lawrence Durrell, lucky him, and just in the most fantastic location.
