my honest review. The pro's Hotel is spotless so very clean everywhere feel really safe during the current climate. Masks are worn by all the staff all day even this very hot weather. Room 5374 excellent very spacious, 2 king size beds in lagoon area, cleaned daily and towels and bedding changed daily. was on 2nd floor and no lift had to walk up 40 steps everyday but kept me fitter. the air con in room worked perfectly. beach/pool area very nice plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas again spotless always cleaning. lots of different pools some very quiet, main pool music playing and some activities going on. during this time with covid hotel max 60% full and activities very limited. slides in one pool and a very nice children's pool.Beach was nice water very warm, lots of sunbeds. Restaurants are all very nice cutlery comes in paper bag so you know its been cleaned and sterilized. hand sanitizer on every table and masks must be warn when going to get food these are provided at the entrance to every hotel. (they really do try to keep everyone safe!) the food is very good in all the restaurants you will never go hungry while in this hotel. Staff all very welcoming and try hard to speak to all guests.
Cons In store shop Fox very expensive really takes the Pi** so if you have forgotten anything don't go there go out to local town.
My biggest gripe is one member of entertainment team going round to guests asking them to write comments on trip advisor and then sitting with you while you do it. there is absolutely no need for him to do this as the hotel and staff are really very good, and i just think this is wrong as i like to use trip advisor when booking holidays and i think this gives people the wrong impression, as you feel you have to write a good review with him sitting over your shoulder!
Taxi's at hotel are very expensive again taking the p*ss check the price out before you go anywhere in Taxi
location isn't great if you want to shop you will need to get taxi to go anywhere, but it is right on the beach so if you don't want to sightsee or shop then its perfect.
Swim up rooms are not real swim ups you have a balcony and the pool is outside your balcony for everyone to use, or you are on the 1st floor with stairs down to the pool, this is not a swim up room as i know it.
We had a really lovely time here and was happy with it. We would recommend this hotel to families as it is really geared up for families.
The weather was amazing while we were here and that's always a plus, but unfortunately there is no air con in the restaurants so very hot when eating.

Having come back from holiday feeling fresh and relaxed, I have to say that my impetuous last minute booking was well worth it. From the moment we were welcomed at reception till the moment we left,we were spoilt with excellent service by a friendly and attentive staff. The accommodation was spot on and clean & tidy. The pools are well maintained and plenty of friendly life guards who also enforced the basic safety aspect in a polite manner,which was reassuring for my wife and i as we had our grandson,who virtually lived in the pools. Night time entertainment was good not all to my taste, but there was always a sense of occasion. Must give a special mention to Adem Uguz who looked after us particularly well and made our evening meals even more special and nothing was too much trouble. I also would like to thank some of the bar staff but unfortunately unfortunately have lost their details.but,will definitely be going back next year. I would say this hotel is suitable for people aged 2 to 92. Its size is big enough so as to not be falling over each other but not so big as not to be intimate.5stars all the way.

We are halfway through a 2 week holiday here at magic life masmavi and having an amazing time so far. We have a laguna family suite, which is very spacious with 2 bathrooms and is kept spotlessly clean by the maids. Even on days when we have slept in late they will still come and clean the room in the afternoon. The staff all do a great job, especially the lovely barman Yousef. He is so welcoming and really looks after the guests, getting to know them and keeping the drinks flowing, it's always a pleasure to see him on the bar in the evenings. There are lots of activities during the day if you like to keep active and the evening entertainment has also been very good. If you prefer to just relax then there are plenty of tranquil spaces to choose from around the hotel complex or on the beach. The adult only chill out bar is also a really nice space to relax in the evenings. The food has been very good for all inclusive. With one vegetarian and one meat eater we have not had any issues finding things to eat at the main buffet. The a la carte restaurant Downtown also had several vegetarian options on the menu, we were so full we didn't even get to try them all in a single visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Whether you are looking for a fun packed family holiday or a peaceful break in the sun, this hotel is big enough that there really is something for everyone here.

Me and my wife went to stay at TUI Magic Life Masmavi from 27th September for one week we where in room 1530. When we arrived early hours of the morning our cases where sanitized by hotel staff we where also temperature tested. We checked in and then was taken to our room. We then went to the 24 hr bar where myself and wife grabbed a few drinks we stayed their until 3 am. We returned to our room until 8 am when our amazing week began. We wore a mask to our table and to collect our food this is where we met some of the most polite and friendly staff Mehmet, Yasmin and Irem they treat us amazingly. In the afternoon after sunning it up we went to main restaurant and we where welcomed by Dilek who looked after us all week she never stopped working and I have never met such a polite and hard working person. Later in the week we met Ersin who also was very polite and equally hard working. The Entertainment staff where also brilliant always taking the time to talk to you when they where not performing. We wish we could have stayed longer but under the current COVID situation we couldn't. The food was amazing and very tasty all the staff where always willing to help and always polite. I had a haircut and beard trim at the on site salon also myself and wife had a Turkish bath and Massage which was amazing. We hope to return in the near future thank you all for an amazing time. The whole complex was always being cleaned also the chill out bar staff where brilliant. Great place to stay.

Currently on our last night at the magic life resort in Masmavi. We booked a late booking & decided to go to Turkey but have visited the holiday villages in Cyprus, Majorca & Rhodes for the last few years but fancied a change. We decided on the Magic Life in Masmavi due to cost, the current Covid restrictions & reading the reviews. Birmingham airport was really quiet on departure & the flight was not to bad even with a 4 & 8 year old wearing masks. Arrived at the airport to received our baggage speedily & was directed by the TUI reps to the correct coach to head to the hotel. Really smooth & was at the hotel with no stress. Check in was quick & was directed to the buffet just before it closed, which was a little chaotic but received food. Was shown to the hotel room & got our heads down at 11pm. Room in the main building was nice but with hardly any room on the balcony so I went to see the main reception where a lovely lady (didn’t get her name🤬) said that we could move to a room in the lagoon area but in 2 days time. As per her instruction we were moved in two days to a lovely room in the lagoon area 5276. I will say that it is right outside the live music area & is extremely noisy until 11:45-midnight but was a lovely room. Didn’t really disturb us to much as we were that tired that we still slept. Children loved the pools & if you got up to grab a sunbed at 8:00-8:30 around the activity pool you were fine. Slides & splash pool are great & the sea is lovely. Do not wear expensive sunglasses if the sea is a little rough🤦🏻♂️. Staff & management have gone beyond the call of duty due to Covid-19 with sanitisers & masks. Really safe and tried to ensure everyone obeyed the rules. Sanitiser stations everywhere & masks available at all restaurant entry points. Food is to a good standard with The Flavour & Downtown being our favourite restaurants. Plenty for the kids to do and they both loved the clubs. Cristina being great with our 4 year old. My 8 year old loved the tennis coaching with Atilla who is a great guy. I went on the mountain biking with Mehmet who is great. Really takes pride in ensuring you have a great time. Dancers who were bought in on one of the evenings were spectacular. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a remote area with no other bars or restaurants in walking distance. Had a lovely 11 days away & would definitely look to come back in years to come and the Magic Life concept is great as it caters for all ages. Thank you all for the great memories.

We were a bit anxious about visiting Turkey again, we had 2 really bad experiences in Marmaris and Altinkum about 15 years ago, which put us off coming back. However, with the restrictions in place at the moment, and having had 2 holidays to Dominican Republic cancelled this year we thought we'd give this place a try...and we are so glad we did. I think everyone is concerned about travel during this pandemic, but this hotel is doing all they can to keep you safe. Hand sanitiser everywhere, on all tables in every restaurant, face masks freely available as you enter each restaurant as well. Tables around the pool bar are spaced for social distancing, as are the sunbeds. Did feel a bit sorry for all the staff who have to wear a face mask all day long, must be uncomfortable in that heat. Overall the food was as good as most all inclusive hotels we have been to anywhere, but the meals we had in Sofra, Fish and The Flavour restaurants we all very good, and would recommend a visit. We are beach bums, so didn't see any of the daytime entertainment, but a good mix of evening entertainment, some live shows, live bands, live DJs, etc, and is was nice that the entertainment team all came round and had a chat with you each night Overall, a great holiday, and a big thank you to all the staff at the pool bar and Chill-Out bar for looking after us so well, Suat Ozan for all his help and information, and all the entertainment team for spending time to speak with us, Christopher Rafael Phillis , Mpilwenhle Beulah Sikhosana, and everyone else, thank you for making this such a memorable holiday

I stayed here with my 2 daughters aged 11 and 15 from 12th - 19th August 2020, after having 3 holidays cancelled before! It was our first time in Turkey and first time to a bigger hotel as we usually stick with smaller hotels. I was abit worried with regards to Covid-19 but needed the holiday so decided this place looked good enough and we got an amazing deal. We'd originally booked a main building double room, but when we got there we were taken to a family room in the main building. Temperature checks, constant cleaning, mask wearing in reception and the restaurant all made us feel very safe, and I never worried once about the pandemic whilst we were there. Our room was lovely! We didn't spend much time in there as we were always out, but even if you needed to spend some time in there it was plenty big enough. We only tried out a couple of the many pools (we just didn't have time to try all out)! My youngest went to kids club and really enjoyed the activities she did there. The Waterslides were a bonus too, having something else to do for a while, and the beach was beautiful with lifeguards on there as well as in the pools, making it feel more safe. We loved the football pitches and spent loads of time playing football, usually going to small hotels we don't get that sort of thing so this was a massive bonus. The food was amazing, the best all inclusive food we have had at any hotel we have been to, and the evening entertainment in the amphitheatre was very good too. I literally can't find anything bad to say about this place and I can only imagine it will be even better once this pandemic has disappeared. Will definitely be back again next year if not before (currently debating booing end of September this year for just me and my oldest for her 18th birthday-which was during lockdown so she didn't get her celebrations we had planned) Thankyou for a great week away and we hope to be back very soon!!

Perfect getaway during this pandemic!! Me and my partner had the best stay for our 11 day holiday. Hotel is amazing, the staff are exceptional, from the bar staff, waiters, chefs, entertainment, cleaners and life guards. The restaurants were great, our favourite by far was the fish restaurant for the food and service. Would definitely recommend a visit to the hotels spa for the facilities included within the stay but also I had a Turkish Bath and full body massage on our last day which was amazing and very good value for money. This hotel really thinks about the small details compared with others we have visited in turkey before. Very efficient and organised with dealing with covid regulations, felt very safe with a bit of normality

We are here right now....... Wow, what can I say, been here a few days now and really impressed, the resort itself is amazing, the only thing better are the staff, who are ALL truly wonderful. If your worried about Covid, don’t be as they take it serious here, mask everywhere for you to use, hand sanitiser stations on every doorway to bars and restaurants. I can assure you it is safer than being in the UK especially considering what’s happening in all our coastal towns etc. We are here with three children, it is the perfect location if you want full on family fun or just a chilled out holiday. We are in room 5120, a lagoon room which is stunning, plenty big enough for the 5 of us with direct access to one of the 10 pools. The kids pool scene is great, my eldest two (8 and 3) love all the slides, the youngest who is 11 months loves just being in his rubber ring. Various restaurants where there is a fantastic selection of food, good range of drinks, ice cream on tap! My 11 month old baby was crying for his lunch at 12.15 the restaurants don’t open for lunch until 12.30 the restaurant manger at the pool snack bar opened the entire place just so my wife could feed our baby which as a parent made such a difference. There level of personal service is second to none ! Thank you TUI what a wonderful time we’re having ! Stop thinking about booking this place.... just do it!

We have just finished our 10 day holiday. It has been fab! The hotel is lovely, clean and lots of hand sanitisers and face masks dotted about. All the staff work very had, they wear face masks at all times even around pool, beach etc. Guests only need to wear masks inside restaurants, shops and reception when on the hotel complex. All staff in general are friendly and polite.
Rooms are decent size, with adequate storage space. Only complaint about rooms is you can hear other people’s TVs through the walls.
Lots of activities throughout the day. The entertainment team are great, especially Ekrem and Emily but all are fab. Very friendly, always say hi and speak to you. You can tell they all love their jobs.
Night entertainment has probably been the best I’ve seen out of my holidays to Turkey even with Covid restrictions. Music has to end at 11:30pm. But the bar is 24 hours. Shows are excellent.
Food is great. Downtown bar was very very good! Quite a lot of selection and variety. Alcohol is decent. Me and my family got drunk most nights! Cocktail list is not the best but bar men happy to make their own cocktails for you. Rose is very good!
Spa is very lovely and beautiful. Massage was excellent. Staff made me feel very comfortable as I’ve had issues at previous hotels being young and blonde.
We have all had a very good holiday. We just wish we got the full experience, so hopefully we can return when Covid has calmed down. Definitely worth having to self isolate for 2 weeks!
