Regnum Carya stands out for its luxurious atmosphere and extensive amenities, as highlighted by guests who enjoy its vibrant entertainment and serene setting. The spacious, clean rooms and the high-quality dining options, especially the beachfront The Alia, receive accolades from guests.
However, opinions on value and service are split, with some feeling the prices are steep without matching quality and experiences with staff varying from friendly to slow. The hotel's cleanliness generally earns praise, despite occasional housekeeping oversights.

Hotel's Favourite
We have just returned from our 7th stay at the Regnum. My Husband and I have travelled extensively all around the world but when our son was born we wanted to keep to shorter flights but still have luxury. We found it wasn’t easy to find an all inclusive hotel that offered the luxury we were looking for…until we found the Regnum in 2018!
It’s a beautiful hotel In beautiful grounds offering everything you could want. There is a pier, white sand beach, gorgeous swimming pools (including a stunning adult pool), wave pool and waterpark, amphitheatre, Pearl event area (where Christina Aguilera will be performing next month!) Our son loved the kids club when he was younger. The kids are so well looked after and have so many activities to keep them occupied whilst adults can relax!
There are numerous bars and restaurants all serving delicious food and drinks. You really are spoilt for choice and the quality is amazing. The Al La Carte restaurants can be booked via a whats app service which is so easy. There is an Italian, Seafood, Japanese and Turkish restaurants inside the main hotel. A Brazilian, fish and Thai restaurant in the hotels stunning grounds. All of these restaurants are included in the concept. There is also a payable steak restaurant at the golf course, Teppanyaki inside the Japanese restaurant and a new Peruvian restaurant located in the new ‘Amber’ area plus the gorgeous Alia beach club all of which are extra charge restaurants unless you have a ‘Ruby’ leaf loyalty card in which case you can use Alia beach club and dine in Maia restaurant free of charge. If you stay in a Villa you can also Alia and Maia free of charge.
I also have to mention all the Regnum staff who really make holidays here so special. Nothing is too much trouble for them and service is always with a smile :).
The towel Lady and Guy who work so hard round the main pool (sorry I didn’t get their names), Burcu, Mert and Engin who are roller staff , Tolga at the pier bar and also the towel guy on the pier, Semih who works in Palm Beach, Kenan who works in Kushimoto restaurant and Mehmet who I think is a supervisor and over sees the different restaurants, Selda, Ramazan and also a waiter who used to work in Bodrum (sorry I don’t remember his name) all who work so hard in the One bar, Mehmet who is a barman in the One bar. He makes amazing cocktails (ask for a ‘Mehmet special’) lastly Alia, Hakki, Cafer and ALL of the Alia staff who always give perfect service. Yunus in Alia makes beautiful cocktails.
Adnan is in charge of guest relations. He is a lovely guy and has a wonderful team who are all very professional and friendly. They work so hard to keep all the guests happy and are always present at their desks in the lobby or via the whats app service if you need anything.
I could go on but you really need to go and experience the Regnum for yourself. It doesn’t matter if it’s your first visit or your 10th visit you will be totally spoiled.
Thank you to all Regnum staff for another amazing holiday 🙏🏼

We have just returned from a 7 night family holiday in this amazing place! Despite all the uncertainty and restricts currently controlling the world, the Regnum still lives up to
Expectations. The hotel was full, and the staff are having to work in 40 degree heat with masks on, yet the service we received was brilliant. We previously visited in September, so this time visiting in August it was much busier, and it did sometimes take longer to get a drink, but surely that’s the same anywhere during the summer holidays!
The rooms were cleaned twice a day and the mini bar was always filled up. The rooms were spacious and clean, more than big enough for us (2 adults, 2 children). Despite the hotel being full there was always somewhere to sit round the pool, there was none of this ‘getting up at 6am to put towels down’, like you find in Some hotels.
The pool areas were always spotlessly clean like the rest of the hotel. The life guards are constantly watching the pool areas, especially the children’s pool and are really fast to act!
We managed to book a la carte restaurants 4 out of 7 nights via a whats app service that the hotel set up. I would text at 8am and receive a text back within the hour. I know that there were some issues whilst we were there with people
Having problems booking the restaurants, but once another guest raised this with the hotel
Manager, they increased the capacity of the restaurants and set up an additional booking desk. We didn’t have any real issues.
The buffet restaurant is the only real sticking point, and that’s down to other guests, not the hotel. The food in the buffet is now served to you, you have to walk round each station and the chef puts the food on your plate (previously you would help yourself) this can sometimes cause ques and people are almost crawling on your back to look what’s available rather than just waiting, 2 metres apart, till
It’s their turn! I understand why they are now serving you due to Covid, but In busy times it’s not pleasant having people so close! The problem is the behaviour of the guests not the hotel!
The service here is amazing, it’s a fantastic hotel and even despite these uncertain times the standards are still extremely high!

A lot to digest? Read an AI-generated summary of recent traveller reviews.
Pros: Amazing land and nature, fantastic architecture, good food-drinks and rooms, many pool and restaurant options, great activities.
Cons: Even though the hotel is so big, it operated with full capacity which is not compliant with Covid regulations. If the hotel desires to operate with full capacity, it needs to have more than 1 main restaurant. The food was great but nothing extraordinary. Especially some a la carte restaurants were not worth the visit (such as Italian). The rooms (carpets, shower floor) could be cleaner, daily cleaning isn’t so great either. Certain hotel employees are extremely kind, however some could have acted more appropriate. Mainly the servers at restaurants’ don’t act happy; probably due to decreased number of employees. The beach needs to be renovated, the beds are old and does’t fit with the hotel’s image.

We recently got back from a 10 day stay at Regnum.
This is our fifth visit and one of the reasons we return is the quality of service, standard of hotel and the numerous activities for children.
Anyone going in the next few weeks with children should take note of the follow;
The wave pool is currently empty of water as there is an issue that doesn’t look like it is getting fixed any time soon.
There are 2 slides in the aqua park that are broken.
The water in the aqua park, wave pool (before it broke)and activity pool is freezing.
The high ropes are out of action, as is the zip wire and climbing wall.
No 5pm football despite it being advertised on the activity planner.
Our 10 year old was very disappointed at not being able to do the usual activities. We did express our concerns with the hotel whilst we were there and they did give our son a small gift as an apology for his disappointment. This was a nice gesture however I do feel that people should be made aware that these services for children are out of action.
The reason given for the high ropes/zip wire/climbing wall being out of action was covid!! I find this hard to believe as it is an outdoor activity done individually.
Plus points
The goats are a nice new addition to the hotel.
The new bakery was nice.
The new green bar is nice.
The buffet is much better now that everything is served by staff, much more hygienic.
The food in the Turkish, Italian & Chinese was outstanding. The Turkish restaurant is our favourite and we would like to thank Kenan, who always looks after us.
Everywhere is lovely and clean as usual and we did not feel worried about covid during our visit.
Downsides
It’s a shame the beach bar is now chargeable.
Also the steak house has become more expensive, instead of a €20 charge, you now pay for what you eat, which works out way more than €20.
It would be great if the activity pool remained heated at this time of year as the only pool that was warm was the main pool and at 8am all the sunbeds were full. I would have loved to do the aqua bike and aqua Zumba but the water was way too cold.
We will return as despite a disappointing visit this year, Regnum remains our favourite hotel. However, we will be checking before booking that all usual activities will be back up and running.

Just returned from a 7 night stay and feel slightly disappointed. The hotel itself is well maintained and very spacious in both outdoor space and the rooms(we stayed in a Luxury Deluxe) however the service offered by the staff was extremely poor. Not only were there insufficient staff for the number of guests staying, there were a significant number of those staff members who were not interested in fulfilling their roles. Inconsistent standards of service throughout the hotel on each and every day although the staff in the adult pool section were very attentive towards their guests. Service on an evening in both the Pearl events arena and Green bar was very slow and on some occasions the only way to get a drink was to go to the bar yourself, which when you pay the very high prices of this hotel, you don’t expect to have to do. The positioning of the adult only section in the main restaurant right next to the children’s eating area has left us bewildered with the thought process of management when designing this layout. Booking system for A La Carte is very outdated when compared to some of the Regnum competitors and needs addressing. Many more of the facilities, other than those identified when booking were closed due to COVID, which we felt was a little dishonest of the hotel when taking our booking and yet the price of the holiday remained the same. Late Checkout process was carnage due to the usually provided services being suspended due to COVID. However, we feel that there was a greater risk presented with the alternative arrangements which we feel the hotel needs to urgently address as large quantities of guests packed into the small spa space and all using and having to touch the same things was very concerning. VIP airport experience was excellent and trouble free which was a great end to the holiday and a pleasant surprise.

Dear Valued Guest “72Blake”, Thank you for choosing Regnum Carya! We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with feedback about your stay. It helps us identify the areas we can improve the guest experience. Our team feels sorry to hear that several things throughout your stay did not meet your expectations and about the inconveniences that you experienced during your stay. While we wish, you had a better experience. Please kindly be informed that we always share our concept with all the touristic agencies and direct booking guests, therefore they can fully look through all of our services provided depending on each season and year. Guest satisfaction is our main goal and we always try to provide genuine care so our valuable guests can enjoy a relaxed, carefree ambiance. Nevertheless, we are very happy that you enjoyed our airport lounge experience and the hotel itself. One more time our team feels sorry to hear that you have faced several issues on our property. Despite this, we hope to be able to welcome you back on a return visit to Belek and we hope you give us another chance to make it up to you. Hotel is very nice but spa is an extraordinary ; unbelievable service , elegant personnel .
pool is without excess chemical , all shampoos and creams are 100% organic which is very important in those days .
Main restaurant is also amazing .
Only issue that the liquid soap is not nice such a hotel like Regnum .
I suggest this hotel to all people especially for spa Servise and I will come again 100%.

We spent almost 3 weeks in Turkey, during wich we tried 3 diferent hotels. Regnum Carya in Belek, Acanthus in Side and Maxx Royal Belek. We traveled with 2 kids.
Like a first, we chose Regnum Carya. After great experience in Maxx Royal last year, we wanted to try another hotel in same category in Belek.
Hotel facility I will not comment, becouse what makes the hotel exceptional are the people and service.
Unfortunately from start till the end of our stay the hotel was disappointment.
Before we arrived, we called in hotel to be sure, that all services and atraction are working. We were assured, that everything is working as ussual. In the hotel we found out, that some swimming pools are closed, also some atractions for kids and in water park, some bars, patisserie are closed and no evening program. Also free entrence and shuttle to The lend of legends was canceld. Due to Covid.
I absolutely understand, that for 100% price got 50% of service :-)
One is willing to overlook all this, but the reluctance of the staff at the hotel to this level reduces it by several categories.
When we arrived we were seated at an untidy table, no welcome drinks, no explanation about hotel, just quickly fill documents. We changed room 3 times due to broken air condition!!! No appologise. Insufficient security in watter park. When my nephew injured his foot on the water slide and we immediately went to him, the life guards remained calm and even sat still. No help with luggage at check out, no good bey, no thank you. Overall, no one cares much about you. We left with the feeling that we would not return again.
Nevertheless, we would like to thank to Merve, who was the only one who really tried to solve our room problem, and her smile was real.
And Kenan in a Turkish restaurant.

Dear valued Guest “2019JK”, Heartfelt greetings from the Regnum Carya, Belek! On behalf of the Regnum Carya family, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for the fact that you have chosen us for your holiday and also for taking the time to evaluate and review our hotel. We’ve read with regret that some of our services did not fully meet your expectations and already shared your review with our guidance team, so you can be assured that it will be evaluated accurately for the improvement of our hotel at all service levels. We would like to kindly inform you that, due to COVID-19 we had to change our concept before reopening in July and our sales team informed all our guests and agencies regarding changes. We fell so sorry to hear that you did not find the price and our service balanced. Land of Legend Theme Park is used by many people from many different hotels every day. We did not want to take the risk of COVID-19 contamination by giving our guests free entrance to the Land of Legends. That’s why we had to postpone free unlimited access to Land of Legends service to 2021. We feel sorry your nephew got injured; we hope he is feeling better right now. For your kind information as our lifeguards have first aid education against drowning, the do not have a medical education, they cannot examine any injuries. When our guests need any help (because of any injury), they help by calling a health officer. We think lifeguard might not have intervened because he saw you with your nephew. At Regnum Carya, we aim to provide a wonderful, relaxing, and luxurious experience to our valued guests. We feel sorry that we were not able to fulfil your expectations. Even so, we proud our colleagues who left a positive impression on you. You can be sure that we already shared your warmest words with Kenan and Merve. Hope you will give us another chance to make it up to you and show the genuine care and service of the Regnum Carya family. For further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us. We would be sincerely happy to see you and your family among our valued guests! Kindest regards, Moldir Tulemissova Guest Relations team / Regnum Carya

Good vacation, but not as perfect as expected. We have stayed for 5 nights. My husband, our son and me. The property is green, beautiful, the beach is quite small, if you wish to stay on the beautiful part of the beach, you should pay extra 100€ per person, the pier 800€ for the day. Good a la carte restaurants especially japanese and brazilian. Service could be better, sometimes its really annoying when theres no toilettries in the room and you should ask for it and wait while they will bring shampoo…Guest relations and reception is not friendly at all, really cold and it seems they do not wish to welcome you. I understand that its the end of the season, however when you choose such sophristicated hotel you wish to be more welcomed. Kids club is good, 35€ per hour and you can leave your 2 year old child with babysitting. Well I trust thats all. We might be comming back.

We arrived at hotel and check in was chaos. No welcome drink offered and had to wait till about 5.30pm to get into our room. We were not contacted when our room was ready we had to go and ask at reception.
We received flowers from our travel agent on arrival and it took 4 days after asking everyday for a vase.
It looked to us as though there was not enough staff everywhere in the hotel especially bar staff and restaurant staff. They all seemed rushed off their feet.
Palm beach club was closed during the day and The Irish Bar remained closed.
The Green Bar is a nice addition, but such a shame the entertainment was awful the whole 10 days we were there. The entertainment is repeated every seven days and two days of those are the same duo.
The only decent evening was the Cuban night at Palm Beach Club.
Only went to one show in the events arena and walked out of that as it was so boring.
We liked the buffet where you cannot serve yourself anymore for breakfast and lunch but evening meals had a very poor choice and Luke warm food.
Booking system was a joke for the al a carte restaurants, we were one of the lucky ones to manage to book when we wanted but many people were moaning they could not got booked in.
Food was not as good as our previous 4 visits. On two occasions members of our party had inedible meals at the steak house and the Thai. We reported this but management were not interested.
It should also be made clear that The Steak House is priced per menu We were never told this we assumed it was €20 pp like previous visits to payable restaurants. The steaks were of very poor quality and you could get far better in other free restaurants. Service was also hit and miss in a lot of the restaurants. We had plates removed from us before we had even finished eating and our next course put in front of us in The Italian .
Adult pool was as lovely as ever and all the staff worked so hard. Having only one bar staff and one skater is not enough to cater for the amount of guests.
We also found a lot of top Shelf drinks were missing this year.
We also found the wifi very hit and miss this year as well.
The courtesy room was closed this year but we managed to keep one of our rooms till 6pm which was a great help and this was free.
We are not to sure how much of the cutbacks are really due to COVID or are being blamed on it.
Think things need to start improving for us to return again which is a shame as we used to love it here

Dear valued Guest “SUNBEDSUE”, On behalf of the Regnum Carya family, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for the fact that you have chosen us for your holiday, and also for taking the time to evaluate and review our hotel. We sincerely appreciate your loyalty, it means a lot to us. We’ve read with regret that some of our services did not fully meet your expectations and already shared your review with our Guidance Team, so you can be assured that it will be evaluated accurately for the improvement of our hotel at all service levels. Our team always kindly requests our guests to contact us directly (our guest relations or regnum assist help desk) so that we can interfere and try to assist while you are on our property. At Regnum Carya, we aim to provide our valued guests a wonderful, relaxing, and luxurious experience. Please kindly be informed that the standard check-in time as in most of the hotels is 14:00. We could not reach the information regarding your reservation and unfortunately, we cannot tell you the reason for the delayed check-in process. We feel sorry that this time we were not able to provide you with welcome drinks and sweets, before the pandemic our welcome drinks and sweets were always in the middle of the lobby, as we always care about the health and safety of our guests we follow and regulate all the rules against Covid-19, that is why we have moved it to the lobby bar. We also feel sad that you have found our entertainment team boring. Our entertainment team works hard to make your stay more joyful and fun. Unfortunately this year due to border restrictions our international entertainment groups could not join us therefore we could only invite local groups. For the next year, we hope that we can make the situation better. Every year our hotel concept is modified by our guidance team, and the steak house restaurant concept has been also changed this year. When you make a reservation for the restaurants we always give you a receipt with all the information about the payment. According to our concept, the variety of our beverages are the same as in previous years. But sometimes during this period, we have some custom delays for imported alcohol. Our team was also happy to hear that you liked our Green Bar. We care about the health of our valued guests and always trying to surprise you with better service. As we did with our main restaurant last year. Once again we feel sorry that some of our services were not up to your expectations even though thank you very much for all the positive comments you have liked in our hotel.

At 9.30 and nearly all the sunbeds are reserved with towels and the odd book. Management do nothing to stop this practice. They should put a sign up that towels and belongings will be removed if beds not used for half an hour. Been here 40 minutes and counted 40 sunbeds reserved and not used. So I have to get up at some early hour to reserve a sunbed? Not good enough!!!

Response from Regnum Carya Guest Experience, Diğer at Regnum Carya
Responded 15 Dec 2021
Dear guest, First of all, let us thank you for your feedback about the time spent in our hotel. We appreciate you taking the time to write a review about your recent stay with us and regret sincerely that it did not meet your expectations. This year, the hotel has indeed faced a situation of intermittent conflicts over a lack of sun loungers. The hotel rules indicate everywhere that the "reservation" of sun loungers with towels is prohibited since such a decision of guests doesn't let other guests use sun loungers, while sun loungers for a long time can remain occupied not by guests directly, but only with their personal belongings. Guests are informed about this rule by the announcement leaflets near the sun lounges and verbally by the staff of our hotel. The announcement of this rule is the only possible way to control its implementation since strict sanctions can not be applied at the institution, which provides recreational services. The hotel management always hopes for a respectful attitude between the Regnum Carya guests. Once again, we would like to say that we are sincerely sorry that you had to face this situation, but we hope that all the other facilities in our hotel brought you much more pleasant emotions. We hope that this incident will not leave you only negative impressions and we believe that by giving us another chance, you will not be disappointed. Kind regards, Irina Ozkokdemir Guest Experience Agent

Some of the restaurants are chargeable. Tappanyaki is around €60 per person, Steak restaurant does have dishes that are included, but the steaks are chargeable.
Depending on room type you can use the Alia Beach Club. From memory all of the restaurants do have some dishes that are chargeable, but vast majority are included.
Drinks mainly all included other that high end ones (for example Jonny Walker Red and Black included, but Blue chargeable).
The cabanas on the pier were between €600-€800 for the day. We really enjoyed the day we had one, but very few of them were booked and being used.
Hope they helps
Dear Guest,
Thank you for your kind interest in Regnum Carya.
Wearing wet swimwear, beachwear, gym wear and bathrobes are not allowed in the restaurants, bar and patisseries. The dress code for our a la carte restaurants is small casual for all guests.
