Location is excellent, just 2 mins from the Mangalore Kochi highway. Very quiet and peaceful. Parking facility available in the basement. Staff are friendly and courteous. We stayed in a deluxe room which was nice and large. Rooms were sanitized, bed was amazingly comfortable, nice bathroom too. I am so grateful to the maintenance staff for connecting to Star Sports Select channel so that I could watch English football league. Opp the hotel is a restaurant called MTR where we had amazing south Indian breakfast. Try the combo breakfast thali. There is another restaurant opp on the 3rd floor where they serve veg cuisine of all sorts. Since we drove 6.50 hours from Goa, it was a peaceful and comfortable rest at the hotel.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay without any regrets. Five star to everything. Staff, Cleanliness, Reception, Restaurant. Just book this property without any second thought if Udupi is your destination. One advantage is that this property serves pure veg food and they have 2 restaurants just next door - MTR and Saffron where you can have whatever you wish too. MTR is best if you would like to go with South Indian menu and Saffron has lot of option for North Indian, Italian and Chinese food. For Jain food I would suggest to go for Saffron.

Very spacious rooms, good parking facility (basement), modern amenities in the room, and good vegetarian restaurants within the same complex. I have stayed in most of the hotels in Udupi- Ocean Pearl, White Lotus, Kediyoor, Udupi Residency and Samanvay Boutique is the best among all the hotels.

I stayed here in 2016, 17 and that time the hotel was excellent. With that expectation in mind I booked it again this year. Disappointing experience. If one looks beyond the paid reviews, one sees that the hotel does not have the claimed level of hygiene checks...no temp checks and no masks Although they claim to give water bottles, they charge beyond 2 bottles (and even this is selective) since they charge in some cases and sometimes they don't. Very arbitrary service standards. Strong recommendation to anyone who wants to stay here..be prepared for such arbitrary rules by the staff. The MTR restaurant is the only good thing here and hence the 2 stars. Else this hotel has majorly fallen from grace and is a shadow of its former self.

Wonderful stay with clean rooms very good house keeping with hospitality..had a safe stay experience even during covid times..must visit place.easy access to other activities.. watersports and beaches.👌👍👍 Would love to come back again.
