Excellent location, great rooms, courteous staff, wonderful food. The rooms are good, bathrooms are very good. Only point is that when there is a DJ party on 6th floor, all floors up to 3rd floor get disturbed.

The restaurant was closed for the residents without any prior communication to the residents. Also the in room dining doesn't have any menu card nor the standard pen / paper provisions are available. Also the bar in the room was empty

Having said that would like to inform you that we do not keep printed Menu Card or any other printed stationery in the room due to COVID 19 preventive measure undertaken by the hotel with regards to safety and security of the In-house guest. We do provide for the same on request, soft copy of the In room dining Menu is sent to all the guest, minibar is not being placed since it is food and beverages and as such is more of a risk, we do however provide all types of beverages through In room dining. Nevertheless have made a note of all your concerns regarding the services and will try and ensure to fulfill your expectations upon your next visit. Being located 5-10 mins away from the various MAHE educational institutions is THE ONLY best thing about this hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights to get our child settled in at the hostel so it was a convenient hotel. Rooms are clean but our room had mold on the wall. Don't know if its the linen but all of us had mild rash on our arms and face every morning. Food is mediocre to bad. We ordered fish curry and pomfret fry for dinner and it was tasteless and insipid. The morning breakfast buffet is dull and boring. There are much better restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Oh yes.....if you have a confirmed spa appointment just know that the hotel GM can move it to 7pm in the night because he wants his VIP guests to be given preference!!! Pathetic!

It was an horrible experience staying at this hotel. Houskeeping staff alleged that we took a hand towel from hotel room. They inspected our bags, found nothing but still charged Rs. 472/- saying that "Hotel Policy". Suggestion is to House keeping staff check everything inside the room before anyone checks out. Will never stay in this hotel again.

Nice location - next to a roundabout and beautiful trees in front which make the view from the windows nice. The staff are very simple, friendly and efficient. The Bfast and Rooftop restaurant are perfect.
