If you want a B&B in the most idyllic, peaceful and luxurious setting then this is the one for you. Sitting on absolute beachfront with panoramic views of the ocean one side and a lovely lake the other (the bedroom deck sits out over the lake). The accommodation cannot be faulted every detail has been well thought out. It was...

We arrived on Christmas Day 2016 and stayed for 4 nights. Our room was very comfortable, modern and extremely well appointed. It had a beautiful sun deck over a small lake outside the bedroom with views of distant mountains. The lounge area had views of the ocean.(The floor to ceiling windows and glass doors from both ends of the room...

By far this is one of the coolest places we've stayed at in all our travels. If you enjoy something unique and boutiquey then this is a great spot. We stayed in the end unit with a fantastic view of the sea and the pond. The room is far more spacious than we expected and is well appointed, extremely clean...

Hello and thank you so much for taking the time to review The Waters. You are right it is unusual to have views both front and back and as this is the case one can always have the sun or not (east and west deck) and also enjoy the option of being seen and therefore a little more social or...

We stayed in the middle unit at The Waters and had a truly lovely experience. As Paul noted the reality of the setting far surpasses the online presentation. It is mind clearing and healing...could have stayed longer and will definitely recommend to our friends in Colorado. Claire was wonderful.. we felt totally cared for and welcomed and then of course...

So nice of you to review The Waters, thank you. It is a wonderful setting and as I have said before we are priviledged to share this location with our guests over the time they stay with us. The setting allows our family home to be private from the guests accommodation as being a modern purpose built facility you are...

We stayed in suite 3 at the end of the row of these very nice suites. The setting, between a small private lake and the seafront, is very nice. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful. The location is great for peace and quiet generally, although the connecting door between the suites is not very sound proof. There are good...

Hello and thank you for your review at The Waters. We are pleased that the suites, location and hosts were found to be very nice and helpful. However you do comment on other things that perhaps did not entirely meet your expectations. Recently we have installed a European sound proofing system to our internal doors which we believe has vastly...

We spent 3 lovely nights at The Waters as part of our honeymoon around the South Island. The location is stunning - right on the water to the front and a lake to the back and amongst a beautiful olive grove. Although it wasn't too much of a problem, it is a good 15 min drive to the nearest decent...

Thank you for your review at The Waters and for your really positive comments regarding our location, the service, cleanliness etc. You may not have been aware that we provide meals here at The Waters and that often guests dine here without the need to travel after a long day out exploring the area. The suites, with decks east and...
