Lovely hotel with clean and modern rooms. Roof top is a great place to relax. A massive thank you to Candila in the bar who looked after us and ‘tried’ to teach me a mix of Spanish and Argentinian- a credit to the hotel. We’ve been before and we will continue to come back. Thank you!
Came for 4 nights in April with family. Hotel staff very friendly. Beds were very large and very comfy. Breakfast was lovely and never too busy. The hotel is in a great location with restaurants and bars outside. The beach wasn't too far away, near enough to walk. Will definitely book again.
The hotel has rooms with 2 kinds of bathroom: with walk-in shower and with a bathtube (in which you have to climb in). Because of our age we wanted a walkin shower, this was not a problem, we were switched to another room inmediately upon our request. Friendly staff, good bed, good shower. Very strange that in the room there is a water cooker and cups, but no tea bags or coffee bags. You have to buy it yourself, if you want to make tea of coffee in the room. Bars and restaurants, also for cheap breakfast ae very close by
Great room. Large and airy. Opened onto small balcony, but unfortunately no chairs to sit on. Fabulous bed and good bathroom. Fridge in room and a kettle, but no tea or coffee. Ice machine in the corridor with vending machine for sundries. The back door of the hotel leads onto a busy square and strip, all full of restaurants and shops. Really great location and we were spoilt for choice!. Breakfast in the hotel was super- great quality and quantity of everything you would want. Tried the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi but couldn’t manage to lie on a sun lounger- there were very few. Hotel bar on 1st floor lovely and for cool and calm half hour, the hotel library is comfy and has plenty of books and magazines. All in all, we had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel.
My husband and I stayed here for a week in the middle of April. We found the hotel to be very well situated, just a couple of minutes stroll from the lovely beach. There are loads of bars and restaurants just outside and there is plenty of free on road parking (or the hotel has a car park but charges 10 euros per night). The hotel itself is modern and in very good order, as well as being kept very clean. The roof top pool is quite fun, although very small. The bar on the top by the pool was closed while we were there but the pool and jacuzzi were operating. Our room (we booked a superior) was lovely. It was very large with patio doors to the balcony on 2 sides (balcony wrapped around the room). The bathroom was modern and well equipped and had a fantastic shower. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Our absolute favourite person we met there though was a delightful lady called Candela who ran the hotel bar. She was so efficient, but was also very personable and funny - an excellent staff member who really is a credit to the hotel. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of staying on this side of Los Alcazares.…
