We arrived at the hotel and were very pleased with the parking arrangements. Right at the hotel and a very reasonable rate. The hotel is lovely and right on a square. Quick easy walk to the pubs, restaurants and beach. We were delighted to be upgraded to a magnificent panoramic view room. Absolutely awesome. Fabulous bed. Spotlessly clean. Very executive suite would more explain this accommodation. Cannot fault this room with two balconies. However, feeling like VIPs in a room of this quality, to discover the cups for the morning coffee, of which there were a kettle and a coffee maker, were tiny paper cups! Why on earth, yes I know green, sustainable etc. but good heavens what are 2 decent cups, which to me are more sustainable than paper cups. Cups can be washed. Reused. Must say this was a bit of a disappointment. Breakfast was okay. Enough of everything, if limited yogurt choice. When some items, e.g yogurt, were finished one morning... not replaced. First morning there were no croissants left. As we were finishing, we saw a huge tray (at closing time) being brought out. Seemed to be (on a weekend) very limited staff at breakfast. Excellent hotel, great and friendly staff, lovely clean and good sized rooms, and an excellent breakfast all at an excellent price, what’s not to like! Parking is a reasonable €7 for the day too. Only negative I can think of is the fact that you have to pay a refundable €100 deposit on arrival? Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in the old part of the town very framing friendly we had the best room in the hotel with double balcony and amazing views. Very clean 2 toilets one massive shower and lovely bath. Huge bed and plenty of towels and bath robes all good quality. Toiletries replaced twice in 5 days but plenty on arrival. Payable minibar. Kettle in the room with coffee machine. No milk available. House cleaning excellent. Reception staff excellent. We had breakfast which is buffet and nice. Water available free in reception from water fountain. We hired bikes from the hotel for a day excellent value 12 euros each. We arrived around 12 and room was ready which was great. We left suitcases at reception on our last day as we had a late flight. 50 euros from the airport to the hotel. Would certainly stay again. Fab air on in the room. We loved it …

Very nice and friendly hotel ,very clean room lovely breakfast in the morning . I like going to Marcia city everyday and it only 30 minutes a way from the the hotel ,the airport is near only 20 minutes away

Great hotel in a prime location, walking distance to beach and various restaurants. The staff on reception were very helpful, and professional. The rooms were bright and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable too. Breakfast was great with a wide range of options. Great value, would recommend.

Have just returned from a nine night stay in this hotel. I’d originally booked only 4 nights with the idea of moving to a different hotel/area. We were so impressed with both that we decided to stay on. Firstly, the location couldn’t be better. A couple of minutes to the beach and the beautiful flat promenade. Bus stop to Murcia and Cartegena just behind the town hall our bedroom overlooked. The rooms and communal areas are spotless and well-equipped. Bed and bedding beautiful. Lovely, large bathroom with all the things you’d expect. Safe in the wardrobe which was free to use and a mini bar with all the essentials. The bar area also has tables for breakfast and snacks. The menu is limited which is a shame as I’m sure more people would pop in to eat if there was a bit more choice. We had breakfast a couple of days which was served buffet style and contained a good choice but I still think there is room for improvement. All in all, a lovely stay and I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommended.…

We booked into the hotel for two nights. The location was central to restaurants, bars and the beach. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are large, comfortable and very modern recently refurbished. We used the restaurant one evening the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was excellent. We look forward to returning in the near future. Thank to all the staff who helped making our stay pleasant and memorable.

Great location in Los Alcazares right in the centre with plenty of nice restraunts and bars nearby. very large rooms and helpful reception staff stayed for one night and ended staying for four energy though the resort had started to slow down highly recommend and great value
