Very good hotel with plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Taxi rank and train station right outside. The hotel was relatively clean in the lobby with 2 working and efficient lifts. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom/shower was modern and working well. There was no room cleaning while I was there, not sure why but plenty of towels were available in the room. The room also has a microwave and a fridge. Breakfast was good, there was a generous availability of different foods and good coffee. Overall the hotel is recommended, for short or long stays. There is no reception area as everything is automated, this worked very well, including the WiFi which was excellent. I will stay again when I return.

Hotelli Sointu on ihanan siisti ja kompakti pysähtymispaikka kesälomareissulle tai vaikka työmatkalle yhdeksi yöksi tai pidemmäksi aikaa Hotellin sijainti on keskeinen Järvenpään aseman välittömässä läheisyydessä kulkeminen on helppoa ja yksinkertaista hotelliin kuljetaan sisään ja ulos henkilökohtaisella ovi-koodilla jonka saat puhelimeesi tekstiviestillä 2 tuntia ennen majoitumisisesi alkamista. Voimme suositella hotelli sointua lämpimästi!

Pidimme erityisesti: - sijainti - kätevät koodilukot - viihtyisät aamiaistilat ja sisääntuloaula - mukavat vuoteet - siistit, tilavat huoneet - mikro ja jääkaappi - ystävällinen asiakaspalvelu puhelimessa ja aamiaisella - hyvä viestintä ennen ja jälkeen majoittumisen - maukas aamiainen (sekasyöjälle) - kaksi tyynyä per nukkuja Voisi vielä kehittää: - Koukkuja ja henkareita huoneeseen (ei ollut kumpiakaan, vaikka oli tangollinen vaatekaappi) - vessaan roskis - varmemmin sulkeutuva huoneen ovi (ilmeisesti ovi ei ollut naksahtanut kunnolla kiinni ja se oli auennut itsestään yön aikana, onneksi laitoimme varmuusketjun) - aamiaiselle tiedot ruokalajeista (esim. mikä juusto jne.). Vegaanisia vaihtoehtoja olisi saanut olla enemmän tarjolla maidon lisäksi (plussaa kuitenkin maitovaihtoehdosta!).…
