What an absolutely precious experience it was. We stayed at the end of February, myself and my 11 year old boy and we both loved the peacefulness and pure beauty of the place. The location is stunning, the staff is wonderful and they all do their absolute best to attend to your every need. The trailer was air-conditioned, more comfy than I had expected with plush mattress, duvet, mini-fridge, very nice bathroom with necessary amenities. But the best part was sitting on the deck patio at night looking at the stars. The food trailer serves or delivers meals and provides you with delicious meats marinated to perfection (I mean it!), to grill on your BBQ. We went for kayaking which is right on site and visited the Hatta honey bee discovery center, which was a nice experience for my boy. I might have added a pool that blends with the environment (with boulders) or perhaps private plunge pools, but even without them it was wonderful. If you love nature, unique stay experience, and relaxing place, Sedr trailer is a great location. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset, happily experienced waterbiking and captured a lot of picture perfect views. To complement the friendly and awesome staff, we felt superb assistance from booking request with Ariel, receiving a follow up call a day before check in with AK, checking in with Rochelle and checking out with Jasper.

No flexibility in booking amendment make sure u don't pay before as no consideration if you need to amend your booking. No options was provided as due to the current situation They made it clear that policy is policy despite I asked them to consider that I booked 4 trailers and the value booked was big and that My request is either to refund partial or change the date they responded request rejected in an email!

The location and the atmosphere is really nice, we arrived on 7th February 2021, we have been asked to keep the trailer door closed because of the mosquitoes and we kep it close the whole time, during the night we heard a sound coming from the bag where we kept the food, we checked tge bag at mid of the night, nothing was there, then the sound was there the whole night, next day morning we found that a rats was eating our food the whole night. We called the reception and we got the house keeping after 30-40 mins, and they searched for the rat but couldn't fine it. Luckily our friends were staying there so we moved to their room, the hotel didn't offer us any replacement,they didn't call back. We decided to leave after few hours, the receptionist was cool as if nothing has happened!! They didn't admit that they are responsible and their excuse was we kept the door open and they need to investigate!! They asked us to wait until they call the management and nothing happened, the operations manager Joyji was unprofessional and he wanted to investigate as if we are lying on him while i showed him the pictures of the eaten food and the rat's poop. He took my number and email and nothing so far. Unprofessional manager and receptionist with 0 communication and problem solution skills…

Exquisite! All of it! The location, the staff, the trailer...such an amazing and unique experience. We were lucky to be able to go to such a place as it is fully booked for months ahead. Totally recommend it.
