My daughter and her family bought us an Afternoon Tea for Mother’s Day, which I collected from the Hotel. It was all beautifully packaged with a little sprig of Lavender on the outside. The inside was also well presented. The sandwiches, quiche, scones with jam and cream were all delicious. As for the cakes they were beautiful and scrumptious! Will look forward to having Afternoon Tea in the Hotel once you are able to open again. Thank you for helping to make Mothering Sunday Special!
Decided to escape to a local hotel for a few nights with the kids. The hotel was ideal, we booked a turret room with tent package for the kids including a gift bag, cuddly toys and books for them to keep. The room and views were fantastic. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The food was plentiful and ideal for the kids. The pool was excellent and a testament to the team for keeping it open and safe with booking slots. The grounds are lovely and a small playpark on site. Would highly recommend.
We came for a short holiday break to Dalmahoy, and we loved it. The golf courses are fantastic as well as the pitch and putt. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful as they addressed whatever minor problems we had in the room. The Morton suite is massive, with a separate bedroom and a living room. Overall, Dalmahoy is a great value for money
In keeping with Edinburgh Covid 19 restrictions I decided to book in for two days to get a break from Edinburgh during a crazy Covid festive period. The noise, fear, boredom and overall negativity. I needed a break and found a v very welcome one at the this property. Great deals to be had , a pool to myself, very comfortable room. Above all the staff were fantastic going about their daily duties under very unusual and unkind circumstances. From the smile upon checkin desk , the super friendly dinner waiter and the breakfast server whom went the extra mile to find me cinnamon for my porridge the staff were fantastic. They made my stay with their kindness and service. I walked the peaceful large golf course being at one with nature, fresh air and peace and quiet. I booked in for a lovely swim in an empty pool , gym open. The lamb for dinner was a perfect medium rare . I did see the changes brought upon the service by Covid but they did not get the employees down. I will return. Thanks for doing a great job in very odd and difficult times.…
Sloppy servuce Chairs dirty with crumbs and food stains on seats Sandwiches awful - fillings hard to distinguish as almost non-existent Will not return Embarassing - should be ashamed to charge for this
