On my return visit to Toni and her fairy tale cottage, I found it as perfect as before. Booked last minute, and she still found a bed for us! She managed to book supper for us on the pub near-by, even though it had been fully booked! Always welcoming, balanced, and patient! Enchanting garden and household arrangements thought right through!...

We spent two nights as guests of Toni. Comfortable room and interested and engaged host. Many guests come for Dartington music, which made for interesting discussions at an excellent, freshly cooked breakfast (with good, strong coffee). Room was spacious, with very comfortable bed.

I feel lucky to have found such a good B&B. My stay was just for one night, visiting a friend at Dartington Hall's Summer School. The basics are excellent but there is also a lot of attention to detail. Useful instructions both on finding the place and how to use everything, a helpful ability to gain access even if the...

In a beautiful part of Devon, this is a delightful guest house with the personal attention of Toni, who thinks of everything to make one's stay as comfortable as possible. Beautifully soft bed, spacious private ensure bathroom, delicious vegetarian breakfast (as requested) - this was all I could have wanted. I hope to stay again.

Toni has a beautiful house and garden fit for the National Garden Scheme brochures. She was a delightful hostess who tries very hard to "think of everything" to help make her guests feel at home, which we did in bundles. Her breakfast including fresh fruit are locally sourced and her poached egg is second to none. One of our party unfortunately...

We were not at all satisfied with our stay at this B&B and the treatment by the owner. The so-called "Holst room" is extremely small for 2 people with a (rather small) twin bed and one bulky additional single bed stuffed in the room, leaving practically no room to move or even put a suitcase. The bed is the most...

I have read the review that you told me you would post, should I insist on payment for your stay. I explained that I did not respond to blackmail, and here is your review as promised. On arrival you were shown to your room which was still being cleaned as you arrived before lunchtime. You did not ask to move...

Just returned from what is (I think) my seventh weekend stay in Toni's comfortable and welcoming (and well-appointed) B&B farmhouse, set in a very peaceful lane on the edge of Dartington. Previous visits during 2014-15 were whilst attending a course over a series of weekends at monthly intervals and it was the perfect place for quiet reflection, gentle strolls through...

Toni is very thoughtful and certainly puts her guests first. Comfy rooms, thoughtful extras (like fudge sand biscuits!) and of course delicious breakfasts. Great conversations covering all topics.both with Toni and her other guests! A haven from DIY, cleaning and gardening for our daughter and family who live nearby!
