We stayed at Danby House last August and it was a wonderful experience. The home is beautiful and well-appointed - our room was lovely! I was especially delighted with the comfortable bed with luxurious linens and the super-clean and pretty bathroom. We felt very welcomed by the Hostess despite the Covid restrictions and would definitely stay at Danby House again!

Stayed here for one night with my husband at the end of December. Barb was such a lovely host. We booked the day before and was incredibly accommodating. Ahead of our check-in time, she allowed us to stop by at the crack of dawn to pick up our spa passes so that we could join the line early at neighboring Scandinave spa. She also allowed us a later check-in that day given all of our time spent at the spa that day. Breakfast was delicious, the house was beautiful, clean, warm and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality, Barb!

10/10 would recommend anyone and everyone. Always stayed in hotels like the Hilton or Marriott , room felt more at home and a lot nicer then the overly busy hotels. The staff were over the top accommodating even thought we were running behind and after the check in period. Rooms were super clean and top notch. Felt truly at home , and slept like it as well.

We stayed at the Danby House last night and were so pleased that we did. The house is replete with interesting adornments and the room we occupied, the Radford Room, was artfully decorated, roomy and had all that one could desire. We enjoyed a scrumptious breakfast of yogurt with fruit, followed by homemade quiche and fresh seasonal fruit. Barb is a consummate hostess and made our little vacation just delightful. Thanks Barb and we hope to return.
