We have just returned from Sunnyside Guest Farm. What a treat. We loved that there wasn't a tv in the bedroom - or anywhere else for that matter - forced relaxation. Also no wifi. It was full of old world charm. Nothing fancy! Best hot cross buns and banana bread. Also, wonderful easter egg hunt... Old world traditions at meal...

Was last at Sunnyside 30 years ago. This was my favorite childhood holiday destination so I was a bit apprehensive that I would be disappointed, but I'm happy to report it was not the case. The owner Mrs Boland was still there after 60 years, she is an amazing woman and her homely influence was still evident in the home...

If you want TVs, and all mod cons, read no further. Sunnyside Guest Farm has been run as a guest farm by the same owners for the last 57 years and by the previous owners for approx 27 years. If your soul is crying out for old fashioned charm, hospitality, peace and tranquility among the mountains, this could be the...

Wonderful, old fashioned, family holiday. There were 13 of us, ages ranging from 5 to 85. Comfortable warm rooms, plenty of hot water, delicious food, and lots to do. No TV and intermittent wifi meant an abundance of family talk time. Highly recommended!

Staying at Sunnyside was an absolute dream. The farm exudes hospitality and warmth. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and the rooms are very cosy! I would definitely recommend taking a walk along the dirt roads or hiking up one of the mountains. The view from the top is breathtaking!

Staying at Sunnyside Farm reminded me of staying with my grandmother when i was young. The solid wood, classic furniture in the rooms and main house, the early morning tea, afternoon tea, and good old fashioned, traditional, simple meals were wonderful. The staff are polite and helpful. Sunnyside Farm doesn't promise flashy comfort. The rooms are clean and comfortable and...

We had a wonderful time at Sunny side. The accommodation was warm and comfortable in the chilly weather and the hostess owner was truly delightful. The food was home cooked organic meals and so well presented and tasty. Staff cheerful. Lovely to sit ìn front of the roaring fires and chat to other guests. We were on a artists workshop...

Sunnyside Guest Farm is the perfect family get-way from the hustle & bustle of normal city life. It was definitely more then we expected. The accommodation on the farm is very basic, however the ultimate experience was awesome. The rooms were kept warm all day and all nite. Great time to bond with your loved ones. Ann and her team...
