Stayed here together with my 12 Year old son, for 11 nights during our summer holiday in August 2015. The accommodation is basic, but with a unique fairy tail atmosphere and a lot of attention to detail. Cons: Our room was not that spacious, no TV, no airconditioning (and it can be hot in Perarrua) and also no balcony. Pros: A net and tidy room with decent beds, a good shower (in green LED light :) ), a friendly staff and located in a small, but very friendly, idyllic Spanish village. Besides our accommodation in Casa El Pelaire, we've enjoyed the ChillOutdoor Holiday Experience a lot. Thanks to Judith and Jochem and their ChillOutdoor Staff we've had an exciting holiday. We've met very nice people, done great outdoor activities like Canyoning, Via Ferrata, Mountain Biking, Swimming etc.. Breakfast and diner in the ChillOutdoor Cafe ( 2 min. walk from Casa El Pelaire) wasn't only about eating and drinking, but also about socializing with other guests, sharing experiences of activities and last but not least having a lot of fun. It was our second holiday with ChillOutdoor (been there in 2013 also), and it again exceeded our expectations. Very recommendable!!

If you are looking for something different and quirky in Aragon this is it. This arty bed and breakfast is something special. Perrarua, the village is tiny, without even a bar, but Casa El Pelaire is great value. The facade is a swirl of mosaics and the rooms are themed with really interesting touches. This is not a bland hotel room. The owner speaks reasonable English and was very accommodating and recommended a few great day trips such as a visit to the historic towns of Ainsa an El Quezar. The trip through the massive nearby gorges was stunning. Our trip to Graus for dinner was a real find. Not mentioned in our guide books, the central square of the old town is beautifully restored and we spent some happy hours eating tapas and watching the locals enjoying the balmy evening. Not a tourist in sight. Back in the village we sat outside whilst the locals played cards and the children (three of them in the village) chatted amiably to the 'Aussies'. Really special.
