I love this B and B, why do I love it, well John and Christine are the perfect hosts, my children love them as well as the dog barney, the grounds are amazing and we love spending our time walking them. The position of the house is lovely, not far from good beaches, excellent walks and only 20 minutes from...

Our Art group of 30 people had the most delightful week on the Isle of Wight staying in 2 wings at NorthCourt Manor. It is a beautiful house and the owners were most helpful. Apart from amazing rooms to sleep in and the large hall which we used for some meals, the kitchen was equipped better than any self catering...

From the moment we arrived we were smitten with this fabulous place. John and Christine could not be more accommodating. It was like staying in their home as part of their family. The breakfasts were wonderful and you can lose yourself in the wonderful grounds . We stayed away from al the tourist places and used John's maps to plan...

We had a wonderful warm three days staying in the B&B. John and Christine are very friendly and passionate about their large and beautiful house and extensive gardens which they have lovingly restored - at 15 acres it is a lifetime's work with many exotic plants in the microclimate of the valley. The house has enormous bedrooms and a library/billiard...

My wife and I have just returned from a four night B&B stay - John and Christine were the most perfect hosts, the house is amazing, the grounds just go on and on and the location in a quiet village with the convenience of a local pub for a sociable evening with the locals was perfect. In short Northcourt is...

A wonderful place to stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and full of history. John and Christine are warm and welcoming, the rooms are clean and full of character. The children fed the chickens and adored Barney the dog. John gave the children a DUNGEON key and a torch on the second day and let them explore the servants quarters!!...

Northcourt was the perfect place for our family of 9 adults and 5 children. It is spacious, really well equipped with beautiful old furniture that is in keeping with the age of the house. Beds were comfortable and most en-suite. We had so much fun playing games in the paddock and 'sardines' in the house. A great place to stay!

We were guests of friends who rented the whole property for a celebration for approx 30 people in June . The accomodation is split into 3 connecting areas . We were in the smaller property with a delightful, well stocked walled garden . The rooms were all of a good standard and large , many had en suite bathrooms, and if...

My husband and his friend decided to hire a house for 3 days to celebrate their 60th birthday. They wanted a place big enough to sleep 35 people and have comfortable rooms with ensuite bathrooms. We found this place on line and booked straight away as a lot of us had fond memories of taking our kids to the beautiful...

Simply beautiful - so quiet and peaceful. John and Christine are lovely hosts, gentle and attentive, helpful but never intrusive. It felt like a privilege to stay in this family home which has been lovingly put together over the years. We had a spacious bedroom and wonderfully comfortable bed with quality linen. But the star of the show has to...
