Do not expect to receive first class service here. Most of the staff have the poker face and though courteous when dealing with you, would not go the extra mile for you. Expect "robotic" service. Good thing you'll be out island hopping most of the day so your interaction with the staff would only be during meal times - unless...

My friends and I stayed in Coron Village Lodge on August 27 - 30, 2011. We booked three rooms. Room reservations were a breeze. I reserved by calling Ann of their Manila office. Hence we didn't encounter any hassle when we got to the lodge. Rooms are clean but I don't like that some rooms don't have a concrete wall,...

Upon the recommendation of a friend of mine who stayed here mid last year, we decided to go with Coron Village Lodge for our choice of accommodation during a week-long trip to Coron. We booked a 5 day, 4 night package with them, which included a triple room, tours, boat transfers, entrance fees, meals - basically everything we needed for...

Coron Village Lodge does not have the most fabulous accommodation (the rooms are simple but clean), BUT they have the most fabulous staff. The staff are very accommodating, answer our questions and requests in a very courteous manner, and we felt that they are very happy to serve us. The cook, when he found out that I was celebrating my...

What renovation and improvement the place needs they made up for their great service and wonderful food. We didn't stay long in our rooms because we're always heading out to do something around Coron. We have two rooms, one with four beds and the other with three beds. It was enough to accommodate us whenever we come back from any...

My previous review for CVL has the title "see you next year" but due to the strong feeling that I have for Coron and how great experience I've had here, I came back. I didn't avail of their accommodation because of a voucher I bought. My trust is already reserved for CVL which made me decide right away to avail...

We stayed in their triple room, luckily we were given a room which is not near the main entrance as it gets noisy from the tricycle noise. The room is very basic, much more like a hostel. 2 to 3 inches bed cushion, polyester cotton bed sheets and some local kind of blanket. Bathroom is so so, not much pressure,...

i would rate it as average at best, we had a small room right down the bottom of the complex right next to a power generator which started up first thing in the morning, so maybe we were unlucky. the staff were not to helpful and the food in the restaurant was nothing special. stayed 1 night before moving on...

We stayed in Coron Village Lodge for 2 days to avail of their packaged tours. It was really value for money. Included in the package are accommodations, full board meals, and guide. First off, the place is simple but very clean. Room is comfortable, with A/C, tv and hot&cold shower. The meals included have generous servings, complete with a dessert....
