The B&B facilities were great, although the room we had could have done with a little bit more cleaning - cobwebs, dirty marks on radiator in bathroom. However the hospitality given by Philippa and Simon outweighed the cleanliness comments above. We did not opt for the full Scottish breakfast, but what we had was lovely. The location of the farm...

We stayed one night at the farm and received a very warm welcome. The room was lovely and the view was something else, could have just sat in the window all day! The breakfast was AMAZING with the added bonus of cuddling a puppy!!! Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again! Many thanks

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Fantastic room in a beautiful setting. A kind and very warm welcome from lovely people. Delicious home cooked breakfast too. My only complaint. ...we only needed to stay for one night....next time we hope to make it longer.

Stopped here for a night and was charmed by the place. A tricky location but the directions sent where clear and helpful. The room was lovely, we were greeted by Philippa personally and my dog was welcomed. Breakfast was tasty and served in the farmhouse kitchen which was charming too. Altogether a great Bed and Breakfast; will go again when...

We stayed two nights in the room with a view across the fields to the north east. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and well appointed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was substantial. We stayed two nights while exploring the area. Loved the sheep and horses. Philippa and Simon were welcoming, friendly and helpful with local information and...

My (adult) daughter and I stayed one night here at the start of our UK holiday. The location is stunning! We had a bit of difficulty finding it, but it _was_ our first day driving in Scotland. 😊 Our room was very comfortable and clean; we had a twin room with ensuite. Tea, coffee and shortbread biscuits were a much...

Stayed two nights here and booked the two onsuite separate accommodation. Amazing value and welcome from this family, so nice and a fabulous breakfast - you really should try the Haggis. Even helped me out with a birthday cake for my little girl as a surprise on arrival.

A lovely farm setting. The accommodation is nice and large and separate from the owners house. Well appointed. The owners are great and really friendly. Superb breakfast. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Went there November 2014, GPS could not really recognise the location, it was not difficult to locate. Simon and Philipa are certainly excellent hosts to the house. They brought us to the farm, we experienced feeding the sheeps and played with its dog. Kids loved it to the max. would highly recommend this to everyone! There is an Italian restaurant...
