This petite, yet ravishing hotel will take your breath away! Located in the sandy white Hermosa beach, this colonial roof type hotel has been perfectly rennovated with taste and decour. The hotel has a splendid location, sourrounded by different local and international restaurants by walking distance, that provide you with a wide range selection. You can also drive to the...

We had the fortune of stumbling upon this place and so glad we did. It is a very small hotel with a great central pool, lots of outside lounging with views of the ocean and a pretty and comfortable room with great air conditioning. But my favorite part has been the outdoor kitchen. We made many of our meals in...

Great little spot. We had the place to ourselves which was a bonus. Dianne is great and always around to help. Her restaurant recommendations are awesome! Take her advice and stay away from the ones she doesn't feel are great! Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable with great soft linens and the view is to die for. Location could...

We set out from Atenas to find a Hotel on the Beach. After driving through Jaco with all its Restaurants & Shops we decided to continue to Playa Hermosa and see what was there. What a Quiet little Village we found. Pulled into a Hotel that we had been referred to but the Owner informed us they were Remodeling in...

Myself, and wife + 4 kids stayed here for 9 nights with 3 other families. 20 in total. Stayed over easter. Beautiful property. Everyone had nice rooms with a/c. The outside kitchen was very handy for preparing meals. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool was quite warm, the kids loved it, but I wished it was a bit...

Small 12 to 16 rooms, very clean w/ pool, right on the beach and next to a few good place to eat. No need to have to go into Jaco. Great for sunrise and sunset walks. Owner is very nice and helpful. There's a common outdoor kitchen area for all to use. Very popular with locals on the weekends.

We have walked-in Casa Mia without any reservation. We just wanted to be far and away from the busy and loud noises of Jaco. At Casa Mia, we have discovered a wonderfull and cozy little hotel. Diane, the manager, was welcoming and very friendly. When the owners renovated this beachfront hotel, they certainly did not compromise on quality and confort....

My husband and I, with another couple, stayed two days with Diane. The rooms were very clean ,with an "American" shower. We could see the Pacific from our balcony and we made use of the outdoor kitchen and pool. Early morning and evening walks on the beach were spectacular. Since this is the hottest month of the year, the beach...

We just returned home to a frigid Thunder Bay after 10 wonderful days in Playa Hermosa near Jaco, Costa Rica. We were 9 adults and 7 kids aged 2-10, and rented the entire hotel from Nicole and Carlos for our Christmas Vacation. We spent a couple of mornings and an afternoon in nearby Jaco, and can say that Hermosa was...

Imagine sitting by the pool (clean and inviting), sheltered by a coconut palm (real coconuts) researching the article that you have to submit, looking beyond the screen to see what the surf was doing having slept well in your clean accommodating room and having prepared a pretty hearty breakfast at the common outdoor kitchen (also clean and nice)... well that...
