LASA HEIGHTS is a small family owned hotel situated in the rolling hills above the town of Paphos. Part of the hotel, built in the 19th century, was for many years the village coffee shop and the natural meeting point in the area. The old building has recently been renovated in the traditional Cypriot style and a new wing added. The hotel comprises 9 double rooms with en-suit bathrooms, arranged around a charming courtyard set with natural stone, in the middle of which stands a beautiful old olive tree. There are some stunning views towards the Akamas peninsula and the pretty port of Latchi. This is the ideal location for the discerning traveller.

A lovely little hotel. Good for a away from it all break. The rooms are small but very clean. Beds are comfortable. No hairdryer or tea and coffee making facilities but Maria will always make you a hot drink. We had a very warm welcome from Maria and she spent the next few days

It was great to have you at Lasa Heights for some days. We have brand new hairdryers just not in the rooms, only if we were asked. Maria is sending her warm regards and looking forward to seen you again in the future. All best wishes for the New Year to come!

The name "hotel" really doesn't apply here. It's a remote place with no pool or bar and many facilities that one expects from a "hotel" are not really available. The owner and his mom run the place and are extremely helpful. It's more a bed and breakfast type establishment, very

Thank you for your review. "Hotels" are not only the 5 * ones :) . Lasa Heights is a 1 * hotel. Ask C.T.O for our registration! It has been built and run 10 years now. Has been inspected thoroughly from hundreds of pairs of eyes for what it is, as everything had to comply to all EU standards! Surprisingly many people stayed at 2* or even 3* hotels tell us that we have nothing to be jealous of as Lasa Heights provides a lot more many times. It is definitely, due to the location, a destination for people who want to explore the area and surely nothing to do with sea front hotels. As the rooms are few, we surely do not run a mass production business rather than servicing people as part of the family that they surely prefer. Again, thank you for your nice words.

This simple B&B is set in the hills above Paphos, in the small village of Lasa. Maria who runs it, is so hospitable and friendly. Breakfast was good and generous plus we had home made cake and lemonade in the lovely courtyard. It is located off the beaten track but provides a

A very nice grandma was in charge. However, she could not hear and speak only Greek, the communication was impossible. The room is very small with no chairs and nonworking TV. The bathroom is small and not clean. There was no soap, shower jell or shampoo, nor hot water. The

Thank you for your review. We consider tranquility a privilege for the whole area so the monastery like peace of the hotel is correct and this is our main difference from other destinations. Your one night stay comment is giving us food for thoughts of been more careful on details that visitors might not like.

It was a bit strange. The owner’s mother, who provides breakfast and is around to welcome, only speaks Greek and is a bit hard of hearing. She’s enthusiastic but it doesn’t really work with visitors who don’t speak Greek. Time to look at management arrangements?
