Highlight of our Provence trip. Marc was the perfect host. It's easy to tell how proud they're of their little BnB - the house was beautiful, scenery breathtaking, grounds perfectly kept, decor warm and cosy, breakfast simple but fresh. Marc make the effort to help you with suggestions of where to go, restaurant reservations etc. daily. We love Luberon and... More

We had a heck of a time using Google Maps to leave Nimes, and couldn't find Gargas on the signposts... but schoolboy French in Roussilon and a set of signs got us safely to Le Mas Jorel... and as soon as we arrived, everything fell into place. Sunny weather after downpours in Paris, genteel visitors after crazy hordes at Musee... More

My husband and I stayed here over a long Easter weekend. I absolutely loved the property and the hosts. We were greeted with an aperitif and a beautiful view. Marc gave us great recommendations for dinner and suggested itineraries for our day trips. Everything was decorated beautifully in Provencal style. We stayed in the Pastel room which has a nice bathroom... More

There's not much more that can be said about Le Mas Jorel that hasn't already been said. When you arrive - right away Mark welcomes you enthusiastically and shows you around like a proud father. And he has a lot to be proud of. The grounds are incredibly well kept and the house is beautiful. Mark has a passion for... More

I ve organized holidays for me and my friends and I kept it as a secret, hoping it would fulfill my expectations. It DID! But I’m a chatty sort, so here are a few more: idyllic, beautiful, relaxing, pristine, romantic, charming, warm, friendly, and in a great location for touring the Luberon. We choose primarily small inns and B&Bs, and I have to say that Le Mas Jorel lands easily in our top three experiences, worldwide. The (red) room was decorated beautifully, spotlessly clean,... We stayed for a week at the pool studio. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The pool and the yard were lovely, and the place is comfortably located a few minutes drive away from Apt (where you’ll be able to find groceries, gas stations, boulangeries , etc.), and not too far from touristic destinations such as Gorde, Goult or... My fiancee and I spent one week at the Pool studio, starting October 9th 2011. The weather: absolutely perfect, each day was sunny (around 22 - 26  degrees Celsius,  a little cold in the evenings, around 15 degrees). The surroundings: all points of interest in this region (Luberon natural park) are within max one hour driving, most of them even closer (15-30... More

This was our last stop on a two-week tour of northern Italy and south France, and we couldn't have finished on a higher note. The property is enormous, the pool is grand, the rooms are lovely, the breakfasts ample (and what a view!), and Marc and Veronique make the most gracious hosts. Not only did Marc direct us to the...
