Love Wolfkop. Been there a bunch of times and we've always had a wonderful time. It is luxury when your consider that you can go camping without taking any of the items with you. Nice to sleep on a mattress and lovely to have electricity. Even cooking utensils and a french press. You can't expect a super luxury experience for...

We booked for 2 week nights. Our tent was easy to find (name board next to it) and our ordered wood waiting next the the braai. Beautiful view next to the river. All utensils are provided, but old and not totally clean. The electricity connection and plugs of lights and equipment were very unsafe! Ablutions weren't clean on arrival and...

This is the ideal spot if you want the whole camping vibe without the effort of taking along a bakkie-full of outdoor equipment. No lists and no tedious loading and off loading of crates and bags. Simply arrive with the basics and start relaxing in the calming camping atmosphere next to the Olifant's river. Wolfkop camping is an amazing way...

I've been wanting to go 'glamping' at wolfkop for years now and we finally decided to do it this last weekend (8-10 April) with 2 small kids in tow (aged 1 and 3). We arrived to find our tent setup at the top of a hill on a thorny patch of hard grass behind a huge group booking of tents,...

We booked a 6 sleeper tent and hired 2 canoes. The equipment provided is basic and meets all camping requirements. I would advise management to have somebody on site to at least meet their guests. we had been informed that you can bring your own mountain bikes to ride around. my adult son and niece were very excited by this...

Our friends very kindly invited us to go "glamping" with them on 17th/18th Feb. We were all so looking forward to our stay but it was such a let down. There was nobody to meet us on arrival to show us our tents. We had to phone around to find out where we were staying. The tents were fine but the...

Our First experiance was glorious. We arrived on the 4th after 15:00 just to discover that nothing had been set up for us and the workers knew nothing about our arrival. i then...

Went on a weekend away with family and employees. What a great valley between the mountains. The camps are set up for you next to the river and you want for nothing. Everything is provided except for your food and drinks. Tents have proper foam mattresses with white linen sheets and pillows. Camping in style. All utensils provided, kettle, stove...

Kids had so much fun exploring and canoeing. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for time out - Family Time. All necessities provided for, no need to bring anything but food and drinks. Wood (R25) Ice (R10). If you love nature and is content with Bugs as neighbors, then this is definitely the place to visit. The only downside -...

Wolfkop Camping Villages has a lot going for it: 1. Fabulous setting on the river bank - kids were in the water all day. Bring floaters! 2. Green lawns 3. Great idea to have camp set up and ready to just move in - complete with made beds. 4. Very affordable What they don't get right: 1. Ablutions are tatty...

If you think that having no tent should stop you from actually going camping, think again. This is longer the case with the arrival of Wolfkop Camping Villages.
