We stayed here just the one night after our Tanjung Puting experience. We were very appreciative of the warm showers and comfortable rooms after spending a few nights living on a boat. The staff were very friendly and organised a taxi for airport transfer which was on time. The attached restaurant is also nice. Close to airport.

This hotel was a little more expensive than others but alot nicer. The room was clean and airconditioned, and the bathroom was big with plenty of hot water. There was wifi. The restaurant was decent and affordable and the hotel staff was very nice. They also were reliable in arranging transportation for. us, when needed.

It's nice to stay in this hotel, located right in main road. Clean, comfort and friendly staf, especially Zea, the receptionist. Behind the restaurant, there's a nice garden and big parking area. I like the hotel architecture, combination wood house and building. Good housekeeping, make it very comfort after work when enter the room. The laundry is quite cheap.

I stayed at the Arsela Hotel for one night before the trip to the nationalpark. It's a basic hotel. My room was dark and had no daylight. In the evening you can hear the music from the restaurant very well. The staff was friendly. There is nothing to do in and around the hotel.

Left the orangutang tour a day early because of stomach sickness. Tour guide took us here to stay the night before catching our flight in the morning. The room it's self was quite dirty but the bed was clean and free of bugs which was mainly what we needed to sleep off the sickness. A few points I thought were...

Stopped over a couple of times in September 2016. This is one of the few hotels in Palangalan Bun where hotels are best booked in advance, so I understand. The rooms are large and in excellent condition.

Stay here for 4 nights and tried the 2 twins bedroom and single bed. Room is ok, looks clean until two of my trip partners found cockroach in bathroom. There's a window, but unfortunately no view to see, what you can see is only wall when you pull up the curtain. Air conditioner works very well, comfort bed, LED TV...
