KBR offered us what it promised: Professionally organised and guided diving for weird critters in Lembeh Strait. Diving logistics are smooth and pleasant (snacks between dives, towels and drinks on the boat, camera room, ...). The guides are excellent - we photographed many new species...More

Hi KFC, I have emailed this resort 2 times with no response! Any idea how i can get in touch? I only emailed through their website, I guess i could email from mine but I shouldnt have to try so hard to get info from a reputable resort. You seem like the perfect advise giver for us. We are 1 adult 2 teen boys, we snorkel a lot, but only. We are going, via manado to Gorontalo( have you been?) and will want a few nights to see lembeh straits and revisit Tangkoko. We have been for 10 nights to Bunaken. I actually want to stay at Kungkungan Bay because of their easy, shallow calm house reef. is it true? I'm told by others that it would be pretty good for snorkelers, careful of jellyfish and stonefish, any advise? I know its muck, and most critters can only be seen with close ups in scuba gear, but shouldnt I be able to see some frogfish and other critters? Please give me your thoughts and advise. I can and will ask the resort eventually, if I decide to stop there. i wont go anywhere else because my assessment, for our needs and wants is def Kungkugan. Thank you so much in advance! Love the name (KFC)! jen from perth
