Rooms are very clean. Comfy beds good aircon Breakfast was good the other Resturants served good food as well. Service was excellent My room was not in the hot spring building. Very quiet as well. Brought us extra water with no hassle
Big hotel with lots of rooms. Depending on which building you are, you may find like being in entirely different hotel. My room is nice. Complete with bathrobes and a nice welcome snack. The adjacent Hot Spring is huge, and free for the hotel guests. Don't bother to eat at their restaurant. Plenty of eateries nearby. But, ..... for unacceptable reason they refuse to run the AC. They suggest to open the window instead.....
Cool hotel with hot spring distant only a few steps, entrance fee is included in the hotel price. Close to the temples of Mt. Emai. Upon departure, I forgot my phone in the hotel, which now goes back to my hands. Thank you.
I did visit this place in February 2016. Rooms of this hotel is quite simple or even dirty there is nothing else to say about it. Hot springs are nice, but to be honest some renovation is required. A half of the baths didn't work during those days so the rest were filled with Chinese tourists as a tin of sardines. Water temperature was comfortable and common atmosphere could be relaxing if it wouldn't be so crowded. With price 300RMB it would be OK, but 600 RMB I paid is definitely overpriced. PS: I strictly don't recommend to come here during public holidays - all this place is filled with tens of buses of Chinese tourists.
I was very concerned after reading many of the reviews because I was in a group and did not have a choice to try a different hotel. When I checked in I thought people might have been talking about a different hotel. It is in a great location right at the base of the mountain and near many shops and restaurants, the hotel itself is very attractive with an excellent lobby and wonderful service. My room and a number of other people in our group that I spoke to said their rooms were also excellent with no odors and very clean. I had a chance to walk around the hotel and although I did not go in the rooms in building 3 I can see what they probably were talking about. The area, hallways (inside and out) ere very shabby and in need of renovation. This is a very good hotel to stay at but I would definitely stay in building one. As a guest of the hotel the hot springs are free…
