Paloma Foresta Hotel boasts a vibrant atmosphere that captivates guests with engaging entertainment, though opinions on decor and music vary. While many visitors appreciate the diverse dining options, well-kept grounds, and abundant entertainment, some note seasonal restrictions and room for enhancement. Despite mixed reviews regarding value and additional costs, the hotel's service is often commended for its friendly staff and efficiency, with only occasional lapses.
Room experiences differ, with concerns over cleanliness and upkeep overshadowing the spacious comfort some guests enjoy. The hotel's picturesque setting near a pristine beach and mountains is a highlight for numerous travelers.

Hotel is set in beautiful pine wood surroundings, with a backdrop of mountains and sea to the other side, air is pine scented clean & fresh very relaxing. Easy & cheap to travel into Antalya & Kemer by bus pickup and drop off outside of hotel every 20 mins. This was a return visit here for us and as not available with tour operator in UK in winter we booked directly with the Paloma Hotels web site, flights and transfers with Jet2.com all of which were easy and efficient.
From checking in at reception to all through our holiday we were given the warmest & friendliest welcome by all the staff.
Room clean & comfortable toiletries & mini bar restocked daily.
Food & Drinks good.
Thank You to all Resturant, Bar staff and Animations Melek (Angel) lovely fun lady.
We will return.

We have just come home from a two week stay and tbh didn’t want to come home . From arrival to end we have been looked after and spoilt . On arriving (01.20 am) our luggage taken to our room and first question was “ are you hungry “, would you like a drink ? And we were shown to the restaurant and made food and given drinks ( a blessing after hours of travelling ) then taken after booking in to our spotless room and this was the start for what was to come . Over the two weeks we have not wanted for anything and met each day with smiles and nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff . Our room (103) was kept clean every day by our cleaner Emsal who made us welcome and was very caring to me . We were surprised to find both mini fridge and safe free to use ( usually charged for this at other hotels ) . Food was lovely , there was always something I liked and loads to choose from and staff always there to get anything I needed . During the day the pools were lovely and clean and the main pool Has a bar where you can get drinks and just spend your holiday chilling and relaxing , it’s all in a beautiful area and lovely beach , which they clean every day , to be fair the whole hotel land is well kept and lovely for a walk round and the bus service outside the hotel to both Antalya and Kemer is not only reasonably priced , but also on time !
In the evenings there are different bars to suit your mood , the sunset bar on the beach is a lovely place to sit and watch the sea and enjoy the evening. Sinem the waitress there was attentive and welcoming and always a smile and our peanuts and “no plastic “ my hubby hates straws lol and the main coffee bar was lovely to sit in if you didn't want to go far , with some nights live piano music . in this bar Merve serves with a smile and a chat to make you welcome and again nothing is too much trouble . As said in other reviews the credit to this hotel is the staff , to be fair although I have pointed out a few of them , they all have made us welcome and with a smile . We have wanted for nothing and made to feel special and cared for . Yes the hotel is tired in places , but that takes nothing away from the staff who were wonderful . We will def be back , we didn’t want to leave , it has been the most relaxing holiday we’ve ever had ! Thankyou to hotel Paloma Foresta for a def 5* service !

Stayed at the Paloma Foresta resort for a week with my wife and thoroughly enjoyed it.It is a very well maintained hotel. We booked the standard double room which was very spacious with a forest view with mountains in the background from the balcony which was beautiful. The room had everything including a super king size bed, 2 tv's, a mini bar( topped up daily) , Kettle and tea/coffee.The bathroom was really nice. The power shower was fantastic and had hot water all the time! Also there was a hairdryer.
The hotel has numerous restaurants to choose from but unfortunately as it was end of the season not all were open. This wasn't a problem though as the Noblesse restaurant caters for all appetites. The service at the hotel was excellent. I must mention that one of the waiters "Recep" was excellent and provided outstanding customer service and is a credit to the hotel.I would also like to acknowledge "Merve" as she also stood out as giving excellent service too.All the staff are excellent though.
The private beach is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel through well maintained gardensand passing the two outside pools, tennis courts and the basketball court. By the beach there is a large area to sit down and have a drink and your lunch.
Wi fi access was excellent and you can get connections everywhere including the beach!
If you want to venture out try the Dolmus to Kemer which you can pick up from right outside the hotel for 9 Lira per person. The dolmus runs every 15 minutes.

Allergies:
My daughter has a peanut allergy so we always heavily research hotels before making a decision. We found good reviews and spoke with the hotel and we’re convinced this was the right hotel for us. Unfortunately we were wrong, very wrong. The guest services will help you at the beginning of your stay by asking you what dinner you would like (which was great) followed very quickly by having to sign to say the hotel will not be held responsible for any food and drink that may cause an allergic reaction. I was very frustrated with this but in order to get the meal you have to sign so we reluctantly did. If you have a peanut allergy then this hotel offers peanuts on all peanuts with drinks and unfortunately our daughter did have a reaction which was very disappointing.
Room:
First impressions were good, although on closer inspection the rooms need quite a bit of work to match the 5 star the hotel is advertised as. If you are unlucky enough to get a room with a “balcony” then this is tiny and nothing like the room with a “terrace”. We did get an upgrade to a room with a terrace which is a reasonable size area but is lined with artificial grass and hanging off the walls and floor. The rooms were cleaned daily although you do get a wake up call at about 8 am with the doorbell from the cleaner.
Service:
This is the hotels main downfall, the service is terrible. If you like waiting for 20 - 30 mins for a drink when eating or standing in large queues then this will be the hotel for you. The staff mostly work really hard but there isn’t enough off them.
My view would be to make more things self service to reduce the queues and improve peoples holidays.
Pools:
There is one main area if you are with a family and the pools are a good size and have slides which are fun. The one downside is the mats which have green slime all over them which gets on every bodies feet and stinks. They need removing or at least cleaning.
Food/Drink:
The drinks are decent, premium brands soft and alcoholic which is great. The food is terrible… I don’t know if certain nationalities like very different food but as an English person there is very little in the restaurants to eat. We were all sick for a day and the cleanliness of the tables was appalling. A quick wipe of a fry cloth and that’s the lot. Good luck if you want a drink with your dinner, we needed up going to the bar before going to the buffet as service was so slow.
We went to 3 a la carte restaurants and the seafood was terrible (other reviews contradict this), we left the Safran as was inedible and the Italian was quite nice.
Summary:
I would never come back to this hotel or recommend to anybody else. It is lifeless, the service is terrible and the food is disgusting.
The staff work hard but have a tendency to serve other nationalities first of English which is frustrating.
This is certainly not a 5 star hotel, maybe a 3 star…
We did enjoy our holiday but as the review states, there were many areas for improvement. This is the first holiday where I have counted down the days until we come home. Two weeks was far to long.

I would really love to give this more than 3 stars but just can't.
The staff are lovely, really helpful and happy to help.
We had a Junior Suite, very clean, huge bed, generally a very nice room apart from the Airton that sounded more like living under the flightpath to a busy airport and was also very poor in actually cooling the room. The strangest thing though with the room was the fact it had a lovely large balcony. But only one chair! Oh and a small table which was never cleaned. Now sometimes us couples like to sit together on a balcony.
The beach was OK, one side of the Sunset Bar better than the other, many of the sunbeds seemed damaged and the tables on the beach were filthy. Now we are all aware of the need for cleanliness but at no point touring our 7 days were any any sunbeds or table in the beach or by the pool cleaned! Very poor.
We spent a couple of days by the "Relaxing" pool. Here the pool pumps do not work, there is supposed to be a waterfall into the pool again not working and the scum mark around the pool so bad it's black and you can scratch your name into it. The wooded decking around the pool is in need or repair, its very uneven, we both recieved large splinters in our feet from it.
The sunset bar was lovely but very understaffed, areas were not cleaned of glasses for hours, again the tables away from the bar were not cleaned either.
Trying to book an Alacarte restaurant became a waste of time. You have to stay up until 1 minute past midnight to grab your opportunity for the next day, frustrating though as whenever we walked past these restaurants they always had empty tables. You could book all the restaurants for the same day if you wanted to and the decide which one on the day meaning other lose out. This is just poor management by the hotel.
Perhaps the management instead of walking around in their sharp suits and patent leather shoes with their entourage should actually manage the hotel and its issues rather than sit around the bar drinking tea and smoking!
The buffet restaurant was excellent. Great choices of food for all, staff helpful as well, again management seem to like walking through the place and criticise staff unjustly. Perhaps get more staff rather than run those you have ragged. Also we are now in 2022, I have no issue if people want to smoke, but in the restaurant area, it really is unpleasant and unnecessary in todays world. It also seems acceptable for guests to put there children on a potty at the dinner table while those around eat. Seeing a small child strain until its face is red on a potty while sat in a restaurant eating is not that of a 5 star hotel! Especially as one of the suits walks buy and ignores it.
With these points in mind there is no way this is a 5 Star Hotel, 4 at a push. It needs a lot of maintenance, painting and proper management to be were it should be.
A great shame.

We spent 10 days here with family and the hotel has some good points and some bad points. The hotel itself is really clean, staff are always cleaning up and keeping busy. All bar and waiting on staff are friendly, and the animation team are also great. The rooms are a decent size and are also clean with comfy beds, we were very disappointed with the balcony size as the two of us couldn’t fit on there, only had room for one chair. The shower is a great temp and has power and the mini bar fridge was stocked daily with coke, Fanta water and beers. Maids also in our room everyday with new towels etc… The buffet food here is very nice. However, very repetitive. Booking into an Al a carte is practically impossible also. We booked into the Asian restaurant which wasn’t anything spectacular. We went to the sunset beach restaurant a couple of times for lunch, however the waiting times were over an hour. Felt like we wasted the day waiting for food. The drinks here aren’t great either. The only beer they have on draft and in bottle is Tuborg Malt. It’s very heavy and not very enjoyable - tasted flat most of the time. A couple of beer only drinkers could not stomach it any more and drank nothing instead. They do have Smirnoff vodka and Gordon’s gin if you ask for it. Also cocktails are just rum and fruit juice. The pool area is very loud with music. The beach is lovely, my advice would be to bring beach shoes as the rocks going into the sea are tough to walk on. Nighttime’s here are not great, it’s a band and then music which is the same that gets played round the pool all day. They did throw a party on the grass one night, but that was another band. One night they did play bingo and do a quiz which we enjoyed! We went into Kemer a couple of nights to break the monotony of the buffet and drinks, there is a taxi rank outside the hotel, it’s 20€ in a taxi or you can get a bus which is much cheaper. I would recommend it, was nice to get out for a decent beer! Overall I would recommend this hotel for a chill out holiday, and if you have little ones it is ok. For us being mostly adults and teenagers there wasn’t enough going on here for us, so we personally wouldn’t return. I also felt the place did not have enough staff. The staff they do employ here though are amazing!

Me and my family stayed here for 2 weeks and it was a brilliant resort. We were greeted upon arrival by one of the nicest people you could meet (Mehmet Ali) what an absolute gentleman!! This guy helped us so much with anything we needed during our stay.
We were then led to dinner straight away where we were treated with the main restaurant which has the most amazing array of food. This is where we met the next amazing member of staff who was the waiter (Cengiz) again, what a guy, always has a smile on his face and is always happy to serve and help, everyday he would say hello and was such a pleasure to meet.
After we went to the piano Bar we were greeted with any type of drink you could want or need. It was great. Again the staff who served us were absolutely top class, the 2 waitresses (Mervé) & (Sinem) need extra special mention here as they looked after us for the whole 2 weeks. The staff really did just make the entire stay that more special. We didn’t want to leave by the end of the holiday.
The resort and grounds are beautiful. The food and staff were the highlight for us along with the main hotel and grounds. As it was Easter and still early in the season, some of the places like the Irish bar were not open, and the entertainment could have been better. The beach was also being worked on at night to clear some of the stones washed up by the sea, but it was still in good condition to lie and enjoy the sun. The pool area was great for the family and my son loved the slides. The life guards and bar staff there were also amazing.
The resort is in a nice location in Beldibi and you have Kemer on one side and Antalya on the other so you can easily visit these places in a taxi or bus. The taxis are good because a lot of the time they will wait for your return.
Thanks Paloma Foresta and all the staff mentioned and the rest. you really provided a great place for us to have our holiday and I think we will definitely be returning in the future.

We stayed at the Paloma Foresta for 10 nights with two kids aged 8 and 12. The hotel has been superb.
The food variety and quality has been great and never really felt too busy in the main restaurant. The Ada restaurant was lovely and does the best pizzas during the day! The a la carte restaurants cost €15 pp but were worth it. Lotus and the Steak restaurant particularly good although hard to reserve. You need to book on the hotel app very late at night or EARLY morning when the next slots open up.
The hotel grounds are fantastic. Beautiful gardens and the main pool is great. Only three slides but enough for the kids. The poolside bar a particular favourite!
Entertainment was OK but the evening entertainment felt limited, despite some terrific dance acts. During the day we could play Boccia, table tennis, mini golf, basketball, volleyball and tennis (at an extra cost). There was also two darts games each day at poolside and aqua gym. My wife and daughter enjoyed the yoga/pirates class too. The sport equipment could be better but the staff are super friendly and really make the holiday special.
The beach and jetties were under construction during our stay as they gear up for the summer season to really start in late April however you could sunbathe on the beach and one of the jetties. The sea is very stoney despite the private beach being sand. Watersport options superb and prices, although a little expensive can be negotiated.
As I said the staff are amazing. So attentive and can't do enough for you. A couple of specific shout outs. The first to Dilan who has been amazing and gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and happy. She played card games with our daughter and painted her finger nails for her! We will all miss you Dilan!
Secondly, Mustafa (aka Tom Cruise) the barman at poolside. A truly nice guy who energises you with his smile and banter!
Third is Umut at the beach restaurant who was brilliant too. Such a nice guy and always smiling. Sinem the waitress in the piano bar was lovely and made sure our glass was never empty! Finally, Derya at Guest Relations was super helpful!

Very lovely hotel which met our demands when travelling with a little baby. Room was clean and we got baby crib at request. Food was delicious. Baby menu without spices and salt is also present so we didn't need to worry about it. Be aware that most of delicious deserts are based on milk and milk products so people who are allergic to it should pay attention. Luckily, magnificent chef Ramazan always prepared for us special deserts for dinner( for breakfast and launch we could also find non-milk products). All staff ( kitchen, lobby, sunset bar) were really kind and diligent to meet our requirements.
tip for improvement: Should not be allowed that beach sunbeds are reserved with towels during night. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy, but people leave "reservations" and leave for entire day and then it seems that there are no free sunbeds.

Belek is the main tourist area for golf.
It’s always hit and miss which complementary toiletries are provided, so I’d definitely bring your own.
You can’t walk along the beach as it’s private.
But you can walk into the village where there are shops , we would go for a walk at night after dinner. ☺️
2 single beds which my 20 yr old grandson found very uncomfortable. It was a hard board with a very thin mattress whilst I enjoyed a comfortable king size bed in the other room . These blocks urgently need refurbishing as they are very rundown whilst rooms in the main block are of a much better quality.
2 double beds
