At first glance the room was incredible with a massive kingsize bed, but on closer inspection it soon became clear that the hotel was not very well maintained the shower attachment was dirty and hanging off the wall, and infact the room was quite jaded and the bathroom floor was very dirty. We stayed 3 nights and in the end...

This was a last minute, unexpected stop as we had anunscheduled delay in our journey. It was quite late and we were less than pristine, but we were welcomed, even if this was to be only an overnught stay. Our room was quite large, off the typical hacienda-type courtyard, quiet and comfortable. We had a meal in the restaurant which...

What a find - absolutely fantastic lunch. We just walked in off the street, table of 7 on holiday in Andalucia. Very well priced, the pork disk was very good indeed. Extremely attentive staff (especially the maitre - Migeul). Wish we'd found this restaurant sooner. Highly recommended

Only if you have to stay here... On first appearance it looks to tick all of the boxes...but reality is something different. Wifi is hit or miss, the bar is cold and unwelcoming, the cloister cafe off the bar is unserviced. Supposedly there is a restaurant? Our room lacked comfort, a decent shower, a comfortable bed, and a wifi signal!...

As there was no telephone in my room! No on site parking and the public multi-storey is situated in an inconvenient location, not nearby. The hotel had a good cafeteria and restaurant and the staff is pleasant. The hotel is located in the heart of the old city centre, great for tourism but not fir business users!

At first sight it does not look very appealing, however when you enter the building it has so much history and charecture. The staff are lovely and very helpful, rooms and clean and area is very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Positive: large room, great location, good breakfast, nice old building, friendly service Negative: hotel parking too small for most car sizes so have to go to centre (only few hundred metres, but not convenient)

Centrally located in a converted convent. Room and bed sizes were good although bathroom was small and only had a shower. Biggest fault was a lack of hot water. Breakfast was well below what you wold expect in a hotel of this calibre with only concentrate orange juice, toast and coffee being on offer. Restaurant good value for the menu...

My husband and I stayed in this hotel with our baby. The hotel lobby is the patio of the convent and is a very nice place to sit and have a drink or something to eat. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, although the hotel, like many places in Spain, has cut down on personnel due to the financial...
