I stayed at the Design Hotel and the bed was very soft and nice and I got a really goodnights sleep! Will be coming here to stay in the future. The spa was also included and they offered an extra towel and this made the stay even easier on me.

Good location and clean rooms. Parking space with a heating pole in front of the apartment. In the family room, there is a kitchenette, a small fridge, a coffee maker and a kettle. No oven or stove. Microwave in the hallway. Friendly service and good breakfast. The children enjoyed themselves and there was a lot of activity for them. Ailu family park could open earlier.

The reception service at the hotel was great, the room class upgrade was easy and the broken sauna was quickly repaired to usable condition. Junior suite was a good size and the beds were good. big minus of the breakfast. we stayed for a week and every single morning was exactly the same, no change, nothing "local" on offer and just basic stuff. While we were eating in Kekäle, there was a group meal in Ahku next door and the noise was loud and disturbing. Only a curtain in between, which didn't muffle the sounds at all. Not a pleasant experience.

The rooms are very clean and functionally furnished. The quadruple room was equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the shower was modern with a sufficiently strong water stream. The spa is large and wasn't crowded on that day; it was worth booking the room with spa access (note that the spa is public and can get quite busy). The hotel is located in the center of Levi, and shops and restaurants are easily accessible by foot. Check-in was smooth, and the staff during check-in were very friendly. As is the case almost everywhere here in the North, the rooms are quite small, and for the price demanded, accommodating four people feels rather tight. From a property explicitly designated as a "Spa Hotel," I would have expected a bit more "class." What was very disappointing was the breakfast. The restaurant exudes the charm of a train station hall. While the food was indeed abundant, it was presented without much care. The scrambled eggs tasted like a pre-made mixture, the cold cuts and cheese seemed to come directly from wholesale packaging and were simply thrown onto a plate. Even in this aspect, one would have anticipated more from a "Spa Hotel."…

Familyroom with dog was great, small fridge and dog fee only 10eur. Room was quite warm, luckily the weather was not that warm. Hotel staff was very nice and welcoming. Spa was also ok, water not that warm. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. I know that this is not a high season, but still some effort would be appreciated. We also stayed at another hotel during our stay and the differece was huge. -Bacon or what ever it was was not good, raw and not tasty - only some cookies and shop donuts as sweets + waffels - with waffels only syrup and bowl of jam. Other place had also cream and other fillings - cheap version ham +coffee had light and dark roast + bread was good Overall the experience was ok, but I really enjoy hotel breakfast and this made me feel like eating in a summercamp. Arrived early (12.00) and our room was ready to check inn - good service! The room was really nice and clean. Large bathroom with a lot of space for your toiletries. Sleeping room with a small kitchen and a separate room with bunk beds for the kids. The kitchen has a small fridge, kettle and coffeemaker (bring your own coffee). The spa is fine. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant Kekäle, high service and fine food. Breakfast was good and quiet.

Nice relaxing day after some days in the slopes. But since the weather was so bad, everyone else skipped the outdoor sports ans came to the spa. Hence it became very crowded and it was difficult to find a locker and an empty place for the towel. Outdoor pool was super cold 2 jacuzzis outside were ok. Saunas ok but the shower rooms dirty. Expensive price for a couple of hours

Great hotel. Breakfast and dinner are great. There is a huge variety of dishes on offer and the allergens are listed, which i appreciated a lot. The rooms are great. we had a superior room with direct access to the spa. a direct access to the restaurant would be awesome.

This was our first time in Levi and I think this hotel was just perfect for us. We stayed in one of the buildings just across from the main hotel. It was only a short walk to reception and to the restaurant where we had breakfast and dinner. Breakfast selection was a good mix of hot and cold options. Dinner could get a little repetitive so we did choose to eat out on a couple of occasions. Our room was brilliant and so cozy. It was always just the right temperature. The drying cupboard in the bathroom was also very handy. The staff at the hotel could not be faulted. They were excellent. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a quick, smooth check in considering we’d just arrived with a bus load of other guests. Would certainly stay here again.

Comfortable rooms, great location, good food& plenty to do on site. Walking distance to the ski bus stop to the west and South slopes & even closer the the lifts to North slopes. Also a short walk over the road to where there is a skidoo hire place where you can go over the frozen lake to search for the Northern lights. Absolutely magical!
